【摘要】：隨著油田聚驅(qū)開發(fā)的不斷擴(kuò)展,聚驅(qū)產(chǎn)量對(duì)保證穩(wěn)產(chǎn)起著越來越重要的作用。聚合物母液外輸是否合格,直接影響到聚驅(qū)開發(fā)效果。本文介紹了在B-DQ聚合物配制站投產(chǎn)初期,外輸聚合物母液存在大量的膠條物,泵前過濾器的清洗周期僅為2-3天,為延長泵前過濾器清洗周期和保證母液外輸質(zhì)量,從分散、熟化、轉(zhuǎn)輸過濾等工藝環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)影響母液質(zhì)量的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析;通過數(shù)據(jù)及現(xiàn)場實(shí)際存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。主要分析分二大部分:第一、對(duì)配制工藝、設(shè)備對(duì)配制母液的影響進(jìn)行分析,第二對(duì)水質(zhì)、干粉及熟化時(shí)間等相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)這些因素制定相應(yīng)的措施、辦法,保證母液外輸質(zhì)量,從而延長泵前過濾器清洗周期。
[Abstract]:With the development of polymer flooding, polymer flooding production plays an increasingly important role in ensuring stable production. Whether the polymer mother liquor is passed directly affects the development effect of polymer flooding. In this paper, it is introduced that at the initial stage of B-DQ polymer preparation station, there are a large number of rubber strips in the mother liquor of external polymer transport. The cleaning period of filter before pump is only 2-3 days. In order to prolong the cleaning period of filter before pump and ensure the quality of mother liquor, it is dispersed. The effects of maturation and filtration on the quality of mother liquor were analyzed, and the problems existed in the field were analyzed. The main analysis is divided into two parts: first, the preparation process, equipment on the preparation of mother liquor analysis, the second analysis of water quality, dry powder and aging time and other related factors, and to these factors to formulate the corresponding measures, methods, Ensure the quality of mother liquor delivery, thus prolonging the cleaning period of filter before pump.
