【摘要】：以活性炭(AC)為載體,磷鎢酸(HPW)為活性組分,通過(guò)等體積浸漬法制備HPW/AC催化劑,并以二苯并噻吩(DBT)的正十二烷溶液為模擬油(硫含量為800μg/g),H_2O_2為氧化劑,探究催化劑的催化氧化脫硫性能。采用BET、SEM和XRD表征手段對(duì)催化劑的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析�？疾炝朔磻�(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、H_2O_2用量、催化劑用量、乳化劑用量以及模擬油的組成對(duì)催化劑催化氧化脫硫效果的影響,最后考察了催化劑的循環(huán)使用性能。結(jié)果表明,AC經(jīng)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)45%硝酸溶液80℃下活化2h,活性組分HPW的負(fù)載質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%時(shí),所制備的HPW/AC催化劑的氧化脫硫性能最好;最佳反應(yīng)條件為反應(yīng)溫度80℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間80min,氧化劑/硫摩爾比n(H_2O_2)/n(S)=12,催化劑用量0.05g/m L,乳化劑用量0.004g/m L。該反應(yīng)條件下DBT被氧化為二苯并噻吩砜(DBTO_2),用N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)進(jìn)行萃取,萃取比為1,模擬油的氧化脫硫率達(dá)到90.4%。芳香族化合物和烯烴對(duì)氧化脫硫效果起到抑制作用,烯烴的影響最為顯著,并且催化劑具有良好的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Using active carbon (AC) as carrier and phosphotungstic acid (HPW) as active component, the HPW/AC catalyst was prepared by iso-volume impregnation method. The n-dodecane solution of dibenzothiophene (DBT) was used as simulated oil (sulfur 800 渭 g / g) and H_2O_2 as oxidant. To explore the catalytic oxidation desulfurization performance of the catalyst.
