耐鹽表面活性劑熱穩(wěn)定性及其在固液界面吸附規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)在高溫、高鹽油藏條件下表面活性劑的使用,本文研究了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸鹽和甜菜堿型表面活性劑的相關(guān)性能。以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和氯乙酸酯為原料,合成了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸鹽。用高效液相色譜測(cè)定產(chǎn)品收率,確定合成條件為:在40℃下鈉化反應(yīng)1h,在65℃~70℃之間滴加氯乙酸酯并反應(yīng)6h左右,各反應(yīng)物摩爾比例為NP-7:NaOH:ClCH2COOR=1:2.2:1.2。130℃條件下,合成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸鹽在pH值為5和7的高礦化度模擬地層水中有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性;而pH值為11時(shí)其熱穩(wěn)定性明顯下降。建立了高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測(cè)定長(zhǎng)碳鏈羧基甜菜堿濃度的方法:示差折光檢測(cè)器RID-10A;色譜柱為SHIM-PACK VP-ODS C18反相色譜柱(4.6mm×250mm);流動(dòng)相為甲醇:水=80:20~70:30,柱溫40℃,流速1.0mL/min,進(jìn)樣量20μL。以此為基礎(chǔ),評(píng)價(jià)了十二烷基二甲基羧基甜菜堿(CBET-12)的熱穩(wěn)定性,并和十二烷基三甲基氯化銨(1231)進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,130℃時(shí)在不同酸堿性與礦化度條件下二者都有著較好的熱穩(wěn)定性。另外,論文還研究了十二烷基二甲基羧基甜菜堿(CBET-12)在碳酸鹽巖表面上吸附性能。結(jié)果表明,在zeta電位顯示為負(fù)電的碳酸鹽巖表面,其吸附量隨著NaCl含量的增大而略有增大;而在不同濃度CaCl2溶液中,吸附量都在4.0mg/g以上,接近于NaCl溶液吸附量的2倍。
