濮城油田封竄堵漏體系的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:經(jīng)過30多年的開發(fā),由于強(qiáng)采強(qiáng)注,地層經(jīng)長期的注水沖刷,形成大孔道,以及因固井質(zhì)量、射孔、作業(yè)和油水井管理不當(dāng)?shù)纫蛩卦斐商坠芡馑喹h(huán)破壞,造成的層間竄通,嚴(yán)重影響濮城油田油水井的正常生產(chǎn)。常用的水泥類和樹脂類封竄堵漏劑凝固前容易漏失,不能有效駐留在封堵層位;而樹脂類封竄堵漏劑的耐高溫性能較差;另外常規(guī)油水井封竄堵漏的處理方法在施工中堵劑用量很難把握;同時,由于漿體流變性好、懸浮性差,和地層的“粘接性”不好,稠化時間短,初凝時間長,脆性大,堵劑進(jìn)入封堵層后,凝固前很容易漏失和沉淀,使封堵一次成功率低。針對濮城油田及現(xiàn)有堵劑存在的問題,研制開發(fā)了觸變性封堵體系,該堵劑具有較好的觸變性和“直角稠化”特性,能夠很好的解決現(xiàn)有堵劑存在的問題。根據(jù)濮城油田高溫高礦化度的儲層條件,設(shè)計了體系中主劑和助劑的用量,通過一系列的試驗研究體系中主劑和助劑用量對堵劑稠化時間、抗壓強(qiáng)度、觸變性、流變性等性能的影響,并確定了變性封堵劑的理想配方組成為:W/C=1:1.4+漿體懸浮劑10%~15%+膠凝固化劑1%~3%+觸變調(diào)節(jié)劑0.3%~0.5%+低溫促凝劑2.5%~3.5%(40~60℃添加)+FH高溫復(fù)合緩凝劑2.0%~3.0%(120℃~130℃添加)。為了滿足現(xiàn)場的要求,對體系的抗鹽性能(與地層的配伍性)、不同溫度下堵劑的固化時間及抗壓強(qiáng)度、觸變性、懸浮性、高壓失水、“直角稠化”性能、封堵性能及模擬現(xiàn)場注入過程稠化試驗等進(jìn)行了評價,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,證明觸變性封堵劑可有效提高封堵成功率和有效期,而且工藝簡單、施工周期短,比常規(guī)的大修工藝節(jié)約成本約40%~50%,綜合各方面因素,最終產(chǎn)出比在1:3以上。

A thixotropic plugging system was developed for Pucheng Oilfield and its existing plugging agent. The plugging agent has better thixotropy and "right-angle thickening" characteristics, which can solve the existing plugging agent problems well. According to the reservoir conditions of high temperature and high salinity in Pucheng Oilfield, the dosage of main agent and auxiliary agent in the system is designed. Through a series of experiments, the thickening time, compressive strength, thixotropy of plugging agent are studied. The effect of rheology and other properties on the rheological properties was determined.
