【摘要】：為了滿足中俄東線天然氣管道工程380×10~8 m~3/a超大輸氣量的要求,大口徑、厚壁、高鋼級鋼管便成為了主要選擇。為此,結(jié)合該管道工程用外徑為1 422 mm的X80鋼管材技術(shù)條件的研究制訂過程,對國內(nèi)外管線鋼管技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了對比分析,同時(shí)對外徑為1 422 mm X80鋼管材技術(shù)條件中的化學(xué)成分和止裂韌性等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)及制訂過程進(jìn)行了分析探討,并對外徑為1 422 mm X80鋼管的開發(fā)過程及產(chǎn)品性能進(jìn)行了介紹。通過生產(chǎn)試制和產(chǎn)品檢測,證明現(xiàn)有技術(shù)條件合理有效地解決了化學(xué)成分控制、斷裂控制、產(chǎn)品焊接穩(wěn)定性等技術(shù)問題,不僅滿足了工程要求,而且也適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)情況,可以保障中俄東線天然氣管道的本質(zhì)安全。該研究成果可為中俄東線建設(shè)外徑為1 422 mm X80鋼天然氣管道提供技術(shù)支撐,同時(shí)對于其他天然氣管道工程技術(shù)條件的制訂也具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of the large gas transmission volume of 380 脳 10 ~ 8 m ~ (3 / a) a in the natural gas pipeline project of the East Line of China and Russia, the large-caliber, thick-walled and high-grade steel pipe has become the main choice. Therefore, combined with the research and formulation process of the technical conditions of X80 steel pipe with external diameter of 1 422 mm for the pipeline engineering, the technical standards of pipeline steel pipe at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. At the same time, the key technical indexes, such as chemical composition, crack arrest toughness and so on, in the technical condition of outer diameter 1 422 mm X80 steel pipe are analyzed and discussed. The development process and product properties of 1 422 mm X80 steel pipe with outer diameter of 1 422 mm X 80 are introduced. Through production trial production and product testing, it is proved that the existing technical conditions reasonably and effectively solve the technical problems such as chemical composition control, fracture control, product welding stability, etc., which not only meet the engineering requirements, but also adapt to the production conditions. It can guarantee the essential safety of the natural gas pipeline on the East Line of China and Russia. The research results can provide technical support for the construction of natural gas pipeline with the outer diameter of 1 422 mm X80 steel on the East Line of China and Russia, and also have a guiding significance for the formulation of technical conditions of other natural gas pipeline projects.
