固有碳酸鹽和硅酸鹽對太姥油頁巖熱解產(chǎn)物的影響

【摘要】:通過逐級酸洗脫除新疆太姥油頁巖中的碳酸鹽和硅酸鹽礦物,采用鋁甑爐對油頁巖原樣和脫礦樣進行熱解,分析油氣產(chǎn)物的組成性質(zhì),基于產(chǎn)物產(chǎn)率和性質(zhì)考察了固有礦物質(zhì)對油頁巖熱解的影響。結(jié)果表明,碳酸鹽能促進熱解生油,且使頁巖油中含氮、氧化合物含量增大,硅酸鹽則抑制熱解生油,并抑制含氧化合物的生成,二者均使頁巖油的H/C降低。硅酸鹽可促進烷基自由基與氫自由基的結(jié)合,使頁巖油中烷烴含量升高、烯烴含量降低,且使H_2產(chǎn)率減小,并能催化長鏈脂肪烴的裂解,使頁巖油中長鏈烴含量降低、短鏈烴含量升高,且使烴類氣體產(chǎn)率增大,而碳酸鹽則抑制自由基的結(jié)合和長鏈脂肪烴的裂解。
[Abstract]:The carbonate and silicate minerals were removed from Xinjiang Taibasi oil shale by acid washing step by step. The raw and demineralized samples of oil shale were pyrolyzed by aluminum retort, and the composition properties of oil and gas products were analyzed. The effect of inherent minerals on the pyrolysis of oil shale was investigated based on the yield and properties of the product. The results show that carbonate can promote pyrolytic oil generation and increase the content of oxygen compounds and nitrogen in shale oil. Silicate can inhibit pyrolysis oil generation and inhibit the formation of oxygenated compounds. Both of them can reduce the H / C ratio of shale oil. Silicate can promote the combination of alkyl radical and hydrogen radical, increase the content of alkane in shale oil, decrease the content of olefin, decrease the yield of H _ 2, catalyze the cracking of long chain fatty hydrocarbon, and decrease the content of long chain hydrocarbon in shale oil. The content of short chain hydrocarbon increased and the yield of hydrocarbon gas increased, while carbonate inhibited the binding of free radical and the cracking of long chain fatty hydrocarbon.
