鉆井司鉆培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:鉆井司鉆技術(shù)是鉆井安全生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵,隨著石油資源成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的主要能源,石油的開(kāi)采量越來(lái)越大,然而開(kāi)采難度也隨著地質(zhì)復(fù)雜情況不斷加大,因而,鉆井司鉆培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)一直受到研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。利用鉆井司鉆模擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),培訓(xùn)學(xué)員得以熟練、全面、系統(tǒng)地掌握操作技能,提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理水平。鉆井司鉆模擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)要求對(duì)鉆井司鉆的各種工藝過(guò)程的三維場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)演示,如接單根、起下鉆具以及井下事故的處理等。傳統(tǒng)的鉆井司鉆模擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)采用的方法是基于三維動(dòng)畫(huà)或者基于OpenGL、Flash技術(shù),先把各種操作過(guò)程做成3D動(dòng)畫(huà),然后根據(jù)操作指令由軟件編程按幀播放。然而,這種方法只能按照事先設(shè)計(jì)好的動(dòng)畫(huà)流程順序播放,無(wú)法控制多個(gè)動(dòng)畫(huà)的同時(shí)播放,缺乏實(shí)時(shí)可控性。鑒于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在各行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,將虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)應(yīng)用在鉆井仿真培訓(xùn)中成為可能?紤]進(jìn)一步提高現(xiàn)有模擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性、交互性、真實(shí)性,并可以同時(shí)進(jìn)行多個(gè)畫(huà)面的操作,本文提出采用Virtools三維虛擬環(huán)境開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆井司鉆培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),旨在滿(mǎn)足鉆井司鉆以及修井和井下事故處理模擬培訓(xùn)不斷提升的需求。首先,利用C++Builder設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了鉆井司鉆培訓(xùn)操作主界面,并與Virtools三維動(dòng)畫(huà)引擎通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行通信,然后采用Virtools的行為模塊設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆井司鉆模擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵功能。對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的操作演示表明,系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)性及可控性好,能夠滿(mǎn)足鉆井司鉆模擬仿真操作中對(duì)靈活控制的要求。
[Abstract]:Drilling drilling-drilling technology is the key to safe drilling production. With oil resources becoming the main energy of the national strategy, the exploitation of oil is becoming more and more large. However, the difficulty of drilling is also increasing with the complicated geological conditions, so, The design and development of drilling drillers training system has been widely concerned by researchers. By using drilling simulation training system, the trainees can master the operation skills in a comprehensive and systematic way and improve the field handling level. The simulation training system for drilling drillers requires a real time demonstration of the 3D scenes of drilling drillers' various technological processes, such as connecting a single drill, starting down drilling tools and dealing with downhole accidents, and so on. The traditional drilling simulation training system is based on 3D animation or based on OpenGL,Flash technology. Firstly, the various operation processes are made into 3D animation, and then according to the operation instructions, the program is programmed by software and played according to the frame. However, this method can only play according to the pre-designed animation flow sequence, can not control multiple animation playing at the same time, the lack of real-time controllability. In view of the rapid development of virtual reality technology in various industries, it is possible to apply virtual reality technology in drilling simulation training. Considering further improving the real-time, interactivity and authenticity of the existing simulation training system, and being able to operate multiple images simultaneously, this paper presents the design and implementation of drilling drilling-training system using Virtools three-dimensional virtual environment development platform. The aim is to meet the increasing demand of drilling, workover and downhole accident handling simulation training. Firstly, the main interface of drilling drill training is developed by C Builder and communicated with Virtools 3D animation engine through database. Then, the key functions of drilling driller simulation training system are designed and realized by using the behavior module of Virtools. The operation demonstration of the system shows that the system has good real-time and controllability and can meet the requirements of flexible control in drilling drilling-drilling simulation operation.
