曙光油田杜66斷塊區(qū)常規(guī)火驅(qū)配套地面工程設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:杜66區(qū)塊火驅(qū)先導(dǎo)試驗(yàn)井組有明顯增油效果,相對(duì)蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驅(qū)、熱水驅(qū)等轉(zhuǎn)換試驗(yàn),火驅(qū)試驗(yàn)取得很好的開(kāi)發(fā)效果,火驅(qū)是目前杜66塊最有潛力且可操作的開(kāi)發(fā)方式。針對(duì)曙光油田杜66斷塊區(qū)常規(guī)火驅(qū)配套地面工程技術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究設(shè)計(jì),選擇合適的配套設(shè)備和實(shí)施方案,提出科學(xué)合理的地面工程建設(shè)方案和先進(jìn)成熟、可靠適用的技術(shù)方案,為杜66斷塊區(qū)建成集空氣注入、尾氣處理及利用、含水原油集輸及處理、污水處理回用等生產(chǎn)設(shè)施為一體的稠油火驅(qū)試驗(yàn)基地提供技術(shù)支持。增加收采效率,節(jié)能降耗、降低生產(chǎn)成本,滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)需求。1)對(duì)曙光油田杜66斷塊區(qū)常規(guī)火驅(qū)配套地面設(shè)備進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明現(xiàn)有配套設(shè)備情況;2)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求、設(shè)備現(xiàn)狀和生產(chǎn)要求,確定配套工程方案;3)依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),進(jìn)行火驅(qū)工藝相關(guān)設(shè)備的計(jì)算和選取;4)分析此項(xiàng)目火驅(qū)配套地面工程的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),為遼河油田其他區(qū)塊的火驅(qū)工程提供參考。通過(guò)對(duì)杜66斷塊區(qū)常規(guī)火驅(qū)地面工程的研究設(shè)計(jì),提出科學(xué)合理的地面工程建設(shè)方案和先進(jìn)成熟、可靠適用的技術(shù)方案,為杜66斷塊區(qū)建成集空氣注入、尾氣處理及利用、含水原油集輸及處理、污水處理回用等生產(chǎn)設(shè)施為一體的稠油火驅(qū)試驗(yàn)基地提供技術(shù)支持。同時(shí)完成投資費(fèi)用最小,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最高;實(shí)現(xiàn)杜66斷塊區(qū)火驅(qū)規(guī)模141個(gè)井組,預(yù)計(jì)階段開(kāi)發(fā)18年,最高年產(chǎn)油38.4萬(wàn)噸,階段累計(jì)產(chǎn)油524.3萬(wàn)噸,最終采收率可達(dá)55.2%。同時(shí)兼對(duì)其他相關(guān)的環(huán)境、安全、消防和節(jié)能等設(shè)施進(jìn)行必要的改造,以使整個(gè)配套系統(tǒng)能夠高效、安全、穩(wěn)定地運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The pilot well group of fire drive in Du66 block has obvious effect of increasing oil production. Compared with steam huff and puff, steam drive, hot water drive and other conversion tests, fire drive test has achieved very good development effect. Fire drive is the most potential and operable development method for du 66 block at present. In view of the technical problems of conventional fire drive supporting surface engineering in Du66 fault block area of Shuguang Oilfield, this paper studies and designs the technical problems of conventional fire flooding, selects suitable matching equipment and implementation scheme, and puts forward scientific and reasonable ground engineering construction scheme and advanced maturity. The reliable and applicable technical scheme provides technical support for the construction of heavy oil fire drive test base in Du66 fault block area which integrates air injection, tail gas treatment and utilization, gathering, transportation and treatment of water-cut crude oil, and sewage treatment and reuse. Increase recovery efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, reduce production cost, meet production demand .1) analyze the ground equipment of conventional fire drive in Du66 fault block area of Shuguang Oilfield, and explain the existing supporting equipment situation according to the design requirements, According to the design specifications and design parameters, the calculation and selection of related equipment for fire drive technology are carried out. 4) the technical advantages of this project are analyzed. It provides reference for fire flooding engineering in other blocks of Liaohe Oilfield. Based on the research and design of conventional fire drive ground engineering in Du66 fault block area, a scientific and reasonable ground engineering construction scheme and advanced, mature, reliable and applicable technical scheme are put forward, which can provide air collection, tail gas treatment and utilization for du 66 fault block area. The heavy oil flooding test base, which integrates production facilities such as gathering, transportation and treatment of water cut crude oil and sewage treatment and reuse, provides technical support. At the same time, the investment cost is minimum and the economic benefit is the highest, and the scale of fire flooding in Du66 fault block area is 141 well groups, which is expected to be developed for 18 years, with a maximum annual oil production of 384000 tons, a cumulative oil production of 5.243 million tons in the stage, and a final recovery of 55.2 tons. At the same time, the necessary modification of other related environment, safety, fire protection and energy saving facilities is carried out to make the whole supporting system run efficiently, safely and stably.
