SYSC公司特種車輛管理對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:As a large state-owned energy enterprise, oil field enterprises play a very important role in promoting economic development and enhancing comprehensive national strength. Therefore, the healthy development of oil field enterprises and production safety is particularly important. As an important equipment in oil field construction, oil field special vehicles play an irreplaceable role in the process of oil production, which is related to the smooth development of oil field work and the efficiency of oil field work. SYSC company belongs to Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. Mainly engaged in exploration and development of oil test (gas), perforation, new well operations, well test evaluation and continuous tubing, thermal recovery and other professional technical services. In order to accomplish many tasks of exploration and development, special vehicles are the main production tools and important symbols of the modernization level of oil fields. The management of special vehicles is an important part of the whole operation and management of SYSC Company. Its task is to ensure the realization of oil field production and management objectives with good equipment efficiency and investment effect, and to obtain the best economic and social benefits. In the new historical period, oil field development is becoming more and more difficult, and the aging degree of special vehicles of SYSC Company is getting worse day by day. How to strengthen the management of special vehicles, which can adapt to the demand of exploitation. It is an important task to promote the sustained and stable production of oil field companies. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical research with practical research, based on the related theory of equipment management, analyzes the current situation of the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company, and probes into the problems existing in the course of the management of special vehicles of SYSC Company. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company through practical experience, and on the basis of the analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company. The guarantee measures of special vehicle management improvement scheme of SYSC Company are given. This article will provide the beneficial reference for the petroleum enterprise special vehicle management.
