【摘要】：作為大型國(guó)有能源企業(yè),油田企業(yè)在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)綜合國(guó)力等多方面都發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。所以,油田企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展與安全生產(chǎn)也就顯得尤為重要。油田特種車輛作為油田建設(shè)中的重要設(shè)備,在石油開(kāi)采的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,關(guān)系到油田工作能否順利開(kāi)展以及油田工作的效率。SYSC公司隸屬大慶油田有限責(zé)任公司,主要從事勘探開(kāi)發(fā)試油(氣)、射孔、新井作業(yè)、試井評(píng)價(jià)以及連續(xù)油管、熱采等專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)。要完成勘探開(kāi)發(fā)多項(xiàng)任務(wù),特種車輛是主要生產(chǎn)工具,也是油田現(xiàn)代化水平的重要標(biāo)志,特種車輛管理作為SYSC公司整個(gè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,它的任務(wù)是以良好的設(shè)備效率和投資效果來(lái)保證油田生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),取得最佳的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。在新的歷史時(shí)期,油田開(kāi)發(fā)難度不斷加大,而SYSC公司特種車輛老化程度日益加劇,對(duì)特種車輛如何加強(qiáng)管理,這對(duì)于適應(yīng)開(kāi)采需求、促進(jìn)油田公司的持續(xù)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)是一個(gè)重要的課題。本文主要采用理論研究與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合的方法,以設(shè)備管理相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)SYSC公司特種車輛的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,探討了SYSC公司特種車輛管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,分析得出SYSC公司特種車輛管理現(xiàn)狀中存在的亟待解決的問(wèn)題;并通過(guò)實(shí)際工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出SYSC公司特種車輛管理改進(jìn)的對(duì)策與建議,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了SYSC公司特種車輛管理改進(jìn)方案的保障措施。本文將為石油企業(yè)特種車輛管理提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:As a large state-owned energy enterprise, oil field enterprises play a very important role in promoting economic development and enhancing comprehensive national strength. Therefore, the healthy development of oil field enterprises and production safety is particularly important. As an important equipment in oil field construction, oil field special vehicles play an irreplaceable role in the process of oil production, which is related to the smooth development of oil field work and the efficiency of oil field work. SYSC company belongs to Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. Mainly engaged in exploration and development of oil test (gas), perforation, new well operations, well test evaluation and continuous tubing, thermal recovery and other professional technical services. In order to accomplish many tasks of exploration and development, special vehicles are the main production tools and important symbols of the modernization level of oil fields. The management of special vehicles is an important part of the whole operation and management of SYSC Company. Its task is to ensure the realization of oil field production and management objectives with good equipment efficiency and investment effect, and to obtain the best economic and social benefits. In the new historical period, oil field development is becoming more and more difficult, and the aging degree of special vehicles of SYSC Company is getting worse day by day. How to strengthen the management of special vehicles, which can adapt to the demand of exploitation. It is an important task to promote the sustained and stable production of oil field companies. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical research with practical research, based on the related theory of equipment management, analyzes the current situation of the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company, and probes into the problems existing in the course of the management of special vehicles of SYSC Company. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company through practical experience, and on the basis of the analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of special vehicles in SYSC Company. The guarantee measures of special vehicle management improvement scheme of SYSC Company are given. This article will provide the beneficial reference for the petroleum enterprise special vehicle management.
