無(wú)通道套損井打通道及報(bào)廢技術(shù)

【摘要】:大慶油田井下作業(yè)分公司每年施工無(wú)通道套損井約40口,該類(lèi)井大面積出現(xiàn)在成片套損區(qū)域內(nèi),若不對(duì)單井進(jìn)行徹底根治,將影響整個(gè)區(qū)塊開(kāi)發(fā)效果。近年來(lái),小通徑打通道技術(shù)取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,但該類(lèi)井施工還存在時(shí)效差、施工成本高等問(wèn)題,一直是制約油田大修工藝進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的瓶頸,其難點(diǎn)主要有以下三個(gè)方面:一是鉛印無(wú)法描述斷口立體形態(tài),判定無(wú)通道形態(tài)難;二是無(wú)通道形態(tài)多樣,針對(duì)性打通道工藝不完善,通道打開(kāi)難;三是未打開(kāi)通道井報(bào)廢技術(shù)單一,有效報(bào)廢及評(píng)價(jià)難。這些未修復(fù)的套損井不僅本井產(chǎn)能無(wú)法恢復(fù),造成油田資產(chǎn)的閑置,而且嚴(yán)重影響區(qū)塊注采關(guān)系的調(diào)整,容易誘發(fā)成片套損。為此,研究無(wú)通道套損井打通道及報(bào)廢技術(shù)是十分有必要的。本論文首先通過(guò)對(duì)斷口形態(tài)診斷技術(shù)的研究,確定不同套損區(qū)塊斷口的具體形態(tài),為打通道工藝方法優(yōu)選提供依據(jù)。對(duì)于能夠打開(kāi)通道的套損井,研究無(wú)通道套損井上、下斷口處理技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)套管斷口的修整,對(duì)于活性斷口,研究一套封固管柱,實(shí)現(xiàn)只對(duì)套管外環(huán)空封固,確保套管內(nèi)無(wú)水泥塞存留。研究無(wú)通道套損井中的落物打撈技術(shù),通過(guò)分析利用擴(kuò)張式扶正短接、伸縮導(dǎo)引打撈工具等,實(shí)現(xiàn)大直徑、長(zhǎng)裸眼井段條件下,下斷口內(nèi)落物魚(yú)頭的打撈。撈凈落物后,可采用兩種方式實(shí)現(xiàn)套損井的修復(fù)。一是先修復(fù)水泥環(huán),再密封加固;二是先進(jìn)行密封加固,再修復(fù)水泥環(huán)。對(duì)于打不開(kāi)通道的套損井,通過(guò)研究管外鉆銑后射孔技術(shù)、帶壓擠注封堵技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)有落物套損井有效報(bào)廢。加之,還研制了系列化的適合無(wú)通道套損井打通道的鍛銑、磨銑、擴(kuò)徑以及打撈工具。無(wú)通道套損井打通道及報(bào)廢技術(shù)的研究對(duì)發(fā)揮套損井潛能和區(qū)塊綜合挖潛具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:There are about 40 wells without tunnel casing damage in Daqing Oilfield downhole operation branch every year. The large area of this kind of wells appears in the region of casing damage. If the single well is not thoroughly cured, the development effect of the whole block will be affected. In recent years, great progress has been made in the technology of small path drilling, but there are still some problems in the construction of this kind of wells, such as poor time and high construction cost, which have been the bottleneck restricting the further development of the overhaul process in oil fields. The main difficulties are as follows: first, lead printing can not describe the three-dimensional shape of fracture surface, and it is difficult to judge the shape of no channel, the second is that the form of no channel is diverse, the process of targeting channel is not perfect, and the opening of channel is difficult. Third, the unopened passageway well scrap technology is single, effective scrapping and evaluation is difficult. These unrepaired casing damage wells are not only unable to recover the production capacity of their own wells, resulting in idle oil field assets, but also seriously affect the adjustment of injection-production relations in blocks, which can easily induce casing damage. Therefore, it is necessary to study the passageway drilling and scrapping technology without tunnel casing damage. In this paper, through the study of fracture morphology diagnosis technology, the specific shape of fracture surface in different casing damage blocks is determined, which provides the basis for the optimal selection of passageway process. For the casing damaged well that can open the passage, study the treatment technology of the upper and lower fracture surface of the casing damage well without the passage, realize the repair of the casing fracture surface, for the active fracture, study a set of sealing pipe string, and realize only the outer casing annulus empty sealing, Ensure that there is no cement plug in the casing. This paper studies the fishing technology of falling objects in the well without tunnel casing damage. By means of analysis and utilization of the extended leveling and short connection and telescopic guiding fishing tools, the fishing head of falling matter in the lower fracture is realized under the condition of large diameter and long open hole section. Two ways can be used to repair the casing damaged well. One is to repair the cement ring, then to seal the reinforcement; the other is to seal the ring first, and then to repair the cement ring. For the casing damaged wells which can not open the passage, through studying the perforation technology after drilling and milling outside the pipe and the plugging technology with squeeze injection, the effective scrapping of the casing damaged wells with falling objects can be realized. In addition, a series of forging milling, diameter expanding and fishing tools are developed. The research on drilling and scrapping technology without tunnel casing damage is of great significance for exerting the potential of casing damage wells and comprehensively tapping potential in blocks.
