【摘要】：針對(duì)遼河油田沈84-安12塊高凝油開(kāi)展原油組分與表面活性劑的作用關(guān)系研究,提出能降低原油界面張力達(dá)到超低的表面活性劑篩選新方法。采用柱色譜法分離原油組分得到飽和分、芳香分、膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì),對(duì)組分與常用的陰離子、非離子和兩性3類(lèi)表面活性劑的界面張力進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:膠質(zhì)對(duì)表面活性劑降低原油界面張力影響較大,瀝青質(zhì)次之,飽和分與芳香分的影響雖較弱,但原油中飽和分含量高,仍需考慮飽和分的影響;優(yōu)選出的甜菜堿-2表面活性劑可使原油界面張力降低到10-3m N/m數(shù)量級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the relationship between the composition of crude oil and surfactant in high condensate oil of Shen84-an 12 block in Liaohe Oilfield, a new method for screening surfactants is proposed, which can reduce the interfacial tension of crude oil to an ultra-low level. The saturated, aromatic, colloidal and asphaltene components of crude oil were separated by column chromatography. The interfacial tension of the components with anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants was determined. The results show that the resin has a great influence on the surface active agent to reduce the interfacial tension of crude oil, while asphaltene is the second, and the effect of saturation and aromatics is weak, but the content of saturated fraction in crude oil is high, so the effect of saturation fraction should be considered. The optimized betaine-2 surfactant can reduce the interfacial tension of crude oil to the order of 10-3m N / m.
