適用于高密度鉆井液封隔器鎖緊機構(gòu)的研制

【摘要】:在鉆井液密度和固相含量均很高的西南元壩地區(qū),常規(guī)的封隔器鎖緊機構(gòu)容易因沉砂堆積導致其失效。鑒于此,研制了雙螺紋卡簧封隔器鎖緊機構(gòu)。雙螺紋卡簧內(nèi)側(cè)采用鋸齒螺紋與本體配合,起防退作用,卡簧外側(cè)采用大螺距的T形螺紋結(jié)構(gòu),以增大卡簧與鎖緊套間隙;設立容砂槽,即使固相堆積,仍可保證封隔器正常坐封及鎖緊機構(gòu)的防退,產(chǎn)生抱緊力,提高防退性能。試驗及應用結(jié)果表明:雙螺紋卡簧鎖緊機構(gòu)可以保證封隔器在井下高密度和高固相含量環(huán)境中承受70 MPa以上的壓差仍不回彈。研究結(jié)果可為封隔器的設計提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In Yuanba area of southwest China, where the density and solid content of drilling fluid are high, the conventional Packer locking mechanism is liable to fail due to sand sinking. In view of this, the locking mechanism of double threaded spring Packer is developed. The inner side of the double threaded clip spring is matched with the body by sawtooth thread to prevent its retreat. The outside of the clip spring adopts a large pitch T-shaped thread structure to increase the gap between the spring and the locking sleeve, and a sand holding groove is set up, even if the solid phase accumulates, It can also ensure the normal setting of Packer and the anti-back of locking mechanism, which can produce clasp force and improve the performance of anti-retrogression. The experimental and application results show that the double threaded spring locking mechanism can ensure that the Packer still does not rebound when the pressure difference is over 70 MPa in the environment of high density and high solid content. The results can provide some reference for the design of Packer.
