含油污水處理過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的系統(tǒng)仿真

【摘要】:含油污水處理,作為油田及煉化企業(yè)下游重要的組成部分,不僅對環(huán)境保護(hù)起到了重要的作用,同時(shí)也通過對含油污水的油水分離及沉淀,有效的回收了可再利用資源。這一污水處理過程在一定程度上能夠減小企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),節(jié)約資源消耗,具有非常重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。含油污水處理工藝,其處理流程中包含了十分復(fù)雜的物理、化學(xué)過程,并且伴有多種無法預(yù)知的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。但采取現(xiàn)場的試驗(yàn)和學(xué)習(xí)方式,不僅耗時(shí)久,而且成本非常高。本文通過對可視化軟件的研究,找出通過虛擬儀器平臺(tái)虛擬仿真含油污水處理過程的可行性及適合的圖形化編程平臺(tái),并在該虛擬儀器平臺(tái)上完成了對含油污水工藝的系統(tǒng)仿真。為了對含油污水處理過程中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別和評估,對常用的安全評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究后,選擇HAZOP分析方法對某污水處理廠實(shí)際工藝流程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,并借由風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣對識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評估,最后提出針對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的改進(jìn)建議和措施。在完成的含油污水處理過程系統(tǒng)仿真界面上,引入HAZOP分析的結(jié)論和針對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出的建議以及措施,強(qiáng)化對于含油污水處理工藝過程的認(rèn)識(shí)以及對其中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的辨識(shí)和評估能力。將圖形化的虛擬儀器平臺(tái)與HAZOP評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)對含油污水處理過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的系統(tǒng)仿真。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)仿真力求與實(shí)際污水處理過程相仿,以期望能夠有效節(jié)約員工崗前培訓(xùn)時(shí)間,提高員工對工藝和設(shè)備的認(rèn)知程度,改善含油污水處理安全現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:The treatment of oily sewage, as an important part of the downstream of oil field and refining and chemical enterprises, not only plays an important role in environmental protection, but also effectively recovers the reusable resources by separating and settling oil and water from oily sewage. To a certain extent, this process can reduce the economic burden of enterprises, save the consumption of resources, and have a very important economic benefits. The oily wastewater treatment process, which contains very complex physical and chemical processes, is accompanied by many unpredictable risks. However, it takes a long time and very high cost to adopt the field test and study method. Based on the research of visualization software, the feasibility of virtual simulation of oily sewage treatment process and the suitable graphical programming platform are found out in this paper. The system simulation of oily wastewater process is completed on the virtual instrument platform. In order to identify and evaluate the possible risks in the process of oily sewage treatment, the HAZOP analysis method is selected to identify the risks in the actual process of a sewage treatment plant after the study of common safety evaluation methods. Risk matrix is used to evaluate the identified risk, and suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the risk. In the system simulation interface of oily sewage treatment process, the conclusion of HAZOP analysis and the suggestions and measures for risk are introduced to strengthen the understanding of oily sewage treatment process and the ability to identify and evaluate the risk. The graphical virtual instrument platform is combined with the HAZOP evaluation method to realize the system simulation of the risk control of oily sewage treatment process. The system simulation designed in this paper is similar to the actual sewage treatment process, in order to save the training time of the staff before the job, improve the understanding of the process and equipment, and improve the safety status of oily sewage treatment.
