疏水締合類聚合物的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:隨著油田三次采油技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)聚合物驅(qū)性能要求提高,疏水締合類聚合物由于其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)和良好的性能而受到青睞。論文首先以通過(guò)1-溴丙烯(C3H5Br)、N,N-二甲基十六烷基叔胺制備了疏水單體二甲基烯丙基十六烷基溴化銨(DMCs),再以疏水單體與與丙烯酰胺(AM)進(jìn)行共聚得到締合聚合物P(DMCs-AM)。通過(guò)紅外、核磁證明聚合物成功制備。通過(guò)單因素法優(yōu)化得到最佳合成條件。P(DMCs-AM)溶液性能研究表明,P(DMCs-AM)具有較好的抗剪切性能,并且呈現(xiàn)明顯的鹽增稠和表面活性劑增稠現(xiàn)象,P(DMCs-AM)即便在120℃仍然具有較高的溫度保留率,體現(xiàn)出較好的抗溫性能。為了進(jìn)—步提升疏水締合類聚合物的耐溫性能,在二元聚合的基礎(chǔ)上引入了單體2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)進(jìn)行三元共聚,得到產(chǎn)物P(DMCs-AM-AMPS)。通過(guò)紅外、核磁對(duì)聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,并對(duì)聚合物合成過(guò)程中的影響因素進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)P(DMCs-AM-AMPS)水溶液性能進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:引入AMPS單體可以很好的提升疏水締合類聚合物的抗溫性能,在120℃高溫條件下,4g/LP(DMCs-AM-AMPS)黏度保留率為25%,要優(yōu)于同種條件下的P(DMCs-AM)的17%。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)三元共聚物的粘彈性、抗鹽抗剪切、表面活性劑用量對(duì)聚合物性能影響等因素進(jìn)行了綜合研究。通過(guò)驅(qū)替實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)算了兩種聚合物的阻力系數(shù)(RF)與殘余阻力系數(shù)(RRF)。結(jié)果表明:相同濃度條件下,P(DMCs-AM-AMPS)有著更好的流度控制和降低巖心滲透率的能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of tertiary oil recovery technology, polymer flooding performance is improved. Hydrophobically associating polymers are favored because of their special structure and good performance. Firstly, the hydrophobic monomer dimethylallyl cetylcetylammonium bromide (DMCs),) was synthesized by 1-bromopropene (C3H5Br) N-dimethylhexadecylammonium bromide (DMCs), and then the hydrophobic monomer was copolymerized with acrylamide (AM) to obtain the associating polymer P (DMCs-AM). The polymer was successfully prepared by IR and NMR. The optimum synthesis conditions. P (DMCs-AM) solution properties were optimized by single factor method.
