利用廢棄粉煤灰制備壓裂液用硼交聯(lián)劑的研究

【摘要】:利用廢棄粉煤灰制備聚硅酸,以聚硅酸、硼砂為原料,合成了一種高溫延緩型交聯(lián)劑。采用單因素法,通過測定硼交聯(lián)劑性能,優(yōu)選出最佳合成工藝參數(shù)為:硼砂5wt%,配體28.5wt%,反應溫度80℃,催化劑1.5wt%。并對合成目標產(chǎn)物進行了紅外光譜表征,其交聯(lián)的HPG(羥丙基胍膠)凍膠壓裂液的高溫流變性評價表明,當胍膠濃度為0.45wt%,交聯(lián)比為100∶0.8(體積比)時,110℃,170 s-1的剪切速率條件下,剪切2 h,粘度達到130 MPa·s以上,證明該交聯(lián)劑對HPG具有較好的交聯(lián)效果,老化破膠實驗表明其交聯(lián)的壓裂凍膠易破膠返排,殘渣低。
