【摘要】：環(huán)狀流在閥門中流動結構變化研究對石油水環(huán)運輸穩(wěn)定性具有重要意義.采用VOF模型與CSF模型進行油水環(huán)狀流在球閥內(nèi)的流動模擬,并進行了實驗驗證,模擬結果與實驗結果一致.比較不同閥門開度對后續(xù)管道中環(huán)狀流油水體積分數(shù)的影響,結果表明,球閥的開度越小,閥后管道內(nèi)油相容易被高速水流切割成小顆粒,不利于后續(xù)石油運輸.進一步比較了油水環(huán)狀流與石油單相流通過閥門的壓力損失,得到油水環(huán)狀流輸送石油的效率提升效果.
[Abstract]:The study of annular flow in valve is of great significance to the stability of oil and water ring transportation. The VOF model and the CSF model are used to simulate the flow of oil-water annular flow in the ball valve. The experimental results show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The effect of different valve opening on the integral number of annular flow oil water body in the follow-up pipeline is compared. The results show that the smaller the opening degree of the ball valve is, the more easily the oil phase in the pipe behind the valve is cut into small particles by high speed water flow, which is not conducive to the subsequent oil transportation. The pressure loss of oil-water annular flow and oil single-phase flow through the valve is further compared, and the efficiency of oil-water annular flow is obtained.
