基于多評(píng)判指標(biāo)優(yōu)選的石油井架安全評(píng)估

【摘要】:石油井架是整個(gè)石油鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵承載設(shè)備,主要承受起下鉆、下套管及其它作業(yè)產(chǎn)生的載荷,其工作安全性至關(guān)重要。本文介紹了石油井架安全評(píng)估的兩種主要方法——可靠度和強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性方法,提出了石油井架隨機(jī)可靠度、穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),舉例分別應(yīng)用隨機(jī)可靠度、穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)某型號(hào)井架進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)定。研究了石油井架損傷缺陷的等效處理方法;分析了各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)石油井架損傷及載荷敏感性,并應(yīng)用模糊積分綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)石油井架安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。最后,對(duì)含有損傷缺陷的JJ220/42-K型實(shí)驗(yàn)室模型井架進(jìn)行基于多指標(biāo)優(yōu)選的石油井架安全評(píng)估,綜合分析確定了其安全承載力?紤]了井架載荷、材料屬性及結(jié)構(gòu)幾何尺寸等因素隨機(jī)作用,提出了以隨機(jī)可靠度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的石油井架安全評(píng)估方法,建立石油井架模型,編制了井架命令流分析文件,分析了某型號(hào)石油井架的隨機(jī)可靠度和安全性。介紹了石油井架強(qiáng)度,立柱穩(wěn)定性、整體穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)方法,引入井架立柱穩(wěn)定性、整體穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),計(jì)算了井架立柱穩(wěn)定性、整體穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)數(shù)值,給出了基于強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性的石油井架安全評(píng)估的基本過程,對(duì)某型號(hào)石油井架進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)。分析了石油井架常見的損傷缺陷——腐蝕和初彎曲,推導(dǎo)了井架桿件等效截面積隨腐蝕深度變化的函數(shù)關(guān)系;根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)石油井架初彎曲變形特征,將其簡(jiǎn)化為正弦波形彎曲,得到了不同變形的轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)。研究了石油井架隨機(jī)可靠度指標(biāo)、立柱穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)和整體穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)隨井架載荷、腐蝕、初彎曲變化的敏感程度,采用模糊積分綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,建立了石油井架安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)優(yōu)選模型。舉例對(duì)含損傷的JJ220/42-K型實(shí)驗(yàn)室模型井架進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)價(jià)。分析井架損傷特征,優(yōu)選評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過計(jì)算指標(biāo)數(shù)值,評(píng)定了井架安全性,并得到了井架在此條件下的安全承載力。
[Abstract]:The oil Derrick is the key loading equipment of the whole oil drilling rig system, which mainly bears the load of the drilling, casing and other operations. The safety of the Derrick is very important. In this paper, two main methods of oil Derrick safety evaluation are introduced, such as reliability, strength and stability. The random reliability and stability evaluation index of petroleum Derrick are presented. The stability evaluation index is used to evaluate the safety of a certain type of Derrick. The equivalent treatment method of oil Derrick damage defect is studied, the sensitivity of each evaluation index to oil Derrick damage and load is analyzed, and the fuzzy integral comprehensive evaluation method is applied to select the oil Derrick safety evaluation index. Finally, the safety evaluation of JJ220/42-K laboratory model Derrick based on multi-index selection is carried out, and its safety bearing capacity is determined by comprehensive analysis. Considering the random action of Derrick load, material properties and structure geometry, a method for evaluating the safety of oil Derrick is presented, which takes random reliability as the evaluation index. The oil Derrick model is established, and the analysis file of Derrick command flow is compiled. The random reliability and safety of a certain oil Derrick are analyzed. This paper introduces the evaluation method of oil Derrick strength, column stability and overall stability, introduces the Derrick column stability and overall stability evaluation index, calculates the Derrick column stability and overall stability index, and gives the strength based on the strength. The stability evaluation of a certain type of oil Derrick is carried out in the basic process of safety evaluation of a stable oil Derrick. The common damage defects of oil Derrick, corrosion and initial bending, are analyzed, the functional relation of equivalent cross-sectional area of Derrick member with corrosion depth is deduced, and it is simplified as sinusoidal bending according to the characteristics of initial bending deformation of oil Derrick in situ. The conversion coefficients of different deformation are obtained. The sensitivity of oil Derrick random reliability index, column stability index and overall stability index with the change of Derrick load, corrosion and initial bending is studied. The fuzzy integral comprehensive evaluation method is used. The optimal selection model of oil Derrick safety evaluation index is established. An example is given to evaluate the safety of JJ220/42-K laboratory model Derrick with damage. The damage characteristics of Derrick are analyzed and the optimum evaluation index is selected. The safety of Derrick is evaluated by calculating the index value and the safety bearing capacity of Derrick under this condition is obtained.
