膨脹型油基防漏堵漏鉆井液體系

【摘要】:針對油基防漏堵漏鉆井液技術準題,研究出一種具有三維網(wǎng)絡交聯(lián)結構或者微孔結構的膨脹型堵漏劑,其可選擇性地吸收油水混合體系中的油,具有溫度敏感延時膨張?zhí)匦?并具有一定的抗壓以及成性能力,在90℃的1 h吸油率大于120%,體積影張率大于40%,同時優(yōu)選出了可傳體系熱滾后破乳電壓升高昀乳化劑G326,可使體系高溫高壓濾失量降低至4 mL以下的降濾失劑G328,優(yōu)選出G327和G338封堵劑以及顆粒較粗的GFD-M和GFD-C,構建了膨脹型油基防漏堵漏體系,分別形成了堵漏和防漏鉆井液配方其中堵漏配方1~5 mm縫板實驗承壓可達7.0MPa,防滲漏配方API砂床傳入深度降低率大于95%,該體系在四川頁巖氣水平井現(xiàn)場應用結果顯示:堵漏配方現(xiàn)場堵漏作業(yè)一坎戎功率大于60%,防漏配方在試驗井段2.10~2.45 g/cm~3高密度條件下,油基鉆井液總滲漏量控制在10 m~3以內(nèi),封堵防漏效果良好。
