天然氣流量計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的工藝流程優(yōu)化

【摘要】:天然氣計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝流程管件設(shè)備種類繁多、影響因素復(fù)雜,對(duì)計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置計(jì)量性能的影響往往會(huì)在投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行之后才逐漸顯現(xiàn),整改難度極大。因此,在建設(shè)初期科學(xué)優(yōu)化流量計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的工藝流程,可有效提升其準(zhǔn)確度。為此,提出了通過(guò)流體力學(xué)三維模擬仿真技術(shù)(FLUENT)優(yōu)化高壓大流量天然氣計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置工藝流程的方法。采用該方法可為天然氣計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置工作提供流態(tài)穩(wěn)定的天然氣介質(zhì),消除管道震動(dòng)和噪音對(duì)計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置計(jì)量性能的影響,進(jìn)而提高天然氣流量計(jì)量的準(zhǔn)確度。同時(shí),以管道彎頭、整流器等典型工藝管件為例,通過(guò)建模和模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)不同工況條件下管道內(nèi)流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析,得出了流場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:①在檢定工藝流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支路與檢定支路上游增加匯管,可減輕上游彎管對(duì)下游流態(tài)的影響;②在被檢流量計(jì)及核查超聲流量計(jì)上游10d處安裝整流器,能夠減小流態(tài)對(duì)計(jì)量結(jié)果的影響、提高計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的準(zhǔn)確度。結(jié)論認(rèn)為,該方法在國(guó)家石油天然氣大流量計(jì)量站武漢分站工作級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置建設(shè)和工藝流程優(yōu)化中得到了應(yīng)用,經(jīng)考核,工作級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置測(cè)量不確定度為0.29%(k=2),達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of pipe fittings for natural gas metering standard process flow and complex influencing factors. The influence on metering performance of the metering standard device will appear gradually after it is put into operation, so it is very difficult to rectify and reform. Therefore, in the initial stage of construction, scientific optimization of the flow measurement standard device process, can effectively improve its accuracy. In this paper, a method of optimizing the process flow of high pressure and large flow natural gas metering standard device by (FLUENT) is put forward. This method can provide stable medium for natural gas metering standard device, eliminate the influence of pipeline vibration and noise on metering performance, and improve the accuracy of natural gas Flowmeter. At the same time, taking typical pipe fittings such as pipe elbows and rectifiers as examples, through modeling and simulating calculation, the flow field in pipeline under different working conditions is analyzed, and the distribution law of flow field is obtained. The results show that the addition of sink tube to the standard branch and upstream of the verification branch of the verification process can reduce the influence of the upstream elbow on the downstream flow state. The rectifier can be installed at the upstream of the detected Flowmeter and the verified ultrasonic Flowmeter for 10 days. It can reduce the influence of the flow state on the measurement results and improve the accuracy of the metering standard device. The conclusion is that this method has been applied in the construction of the working grade standard device and the optimization of the technological process of the Wuhan branch station of the national oil and natural gas large flow measurement station. The uncertainty of the working grade standard device is 0.29% (km2), which reaches the advanced level in China.
