酸化中酸巖反應(yīng)潛在的傷害研究
[Abstract]:Acidizing and fracturing are important measures to increase production in oil and gas fields. At present, acidizing and fracturing have been widely used in China, but at the same time, it has produced some negative effects, such as reservoir damage. If the working fluid is not compatible with the reservoir rock and fluid, the phenomenon of particle plugging and water sensitive clay mineral expansion will occur. In addition, the secondary sediment after matrix acidification will seriously damage the reservoir if the construction parameters are not scientific. In order to protect reservoir as much as possible, it is necessary to study the potential damage of acidite reaction in acidizing. The research on the potential damage of acidite reaction in acidizing is mainly in laboratory test evaluation, but the experimental method can only get qualitative or semi-stereotyped conclusions, and can not effectively solve this problem. Aiming at the problem that the effect of reservoir reconstruction is not ideal, this paper studies the factors of reservoir damage caused by increasing production fluid by using theoretical analysis method and mathematical simulation method. Based on the acid-rock reaction mechanism, the compatibility of acid solution with reservoir rock and fluid, clay mineral expansion and secondary precipitation are studied in this paper. The damage caused by acid filtration and particle migration is analyzed. At the same time, this paper puts forward a mathematical simulation method for quantitative prediction of reservoir damage in production increasing operation. The model of permeability and porosity under the influence of secondary sedimentation and clay expansion is established, and a more practical algorithm is obtained. Through a great deal of investigation and research in this paper, the corresponding solution of reservoir damage is put forward, which provides some suggestions for reservoir protection in oil and gas field development.
