海洋平臺(tái)鉆桿的升沉補(bǔ)償裝置原理與裝備研究
[Abstract]:The offshore platform drilling string heave compensation device is an important part of offshore drilling equipment. Semi-submersible drilling platform or floating drilling vessel used in deep-sea drilling will produce periodic heave motion under the action of waves. This heave motion will seriously affect bottom hole drilling pressure, reduce drilling efficiency, shorten the working life of drilling tools, and This paper introduces the structure, working principle and characteristics of the existing drill string heave compensation system, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various heave compensation systems, and makes use of non-linear methods. This paper studies the heave motion of the platform under regular wave action, establishes the space state equation of the passive heave compensation system, and solves it by the corresponding computer program compiled by MATLAB. The compensation effect of the passive heave compensation system is analyzed. Dynamic heave compensation system and active heave compensation system, this paper uses AMESim simulation software to establish two system models, dynamic simulation of the two systems, from the compensation effect and accuracy of the two systems are compared and analyzed, and discussed the main factors affecting the system compensation effect and accuracy. The design scheme of a new type of drill string heave compensation system is put forward, and its working principle is explained. The structural dimension parameters and hydraulic control system are designed and calculated. Then the new type of heave compensation system is simulated dynamically by using AMESim simulation software. The compensation effect of the new type of heave compensation system is compared and analyzed. At the same time, the energy consumption of the new heave compensation system and the active heave compensation system is analyzed, which verifies the feasibility of the new heave compensation system and provides a rich theoretical basis for the optimization of the heave compensation system.
