非加氫工藝脫除環(huán)烷基餾分油中的多環(huán)芳烴化合物

【摘要】:采用溶劑萃取-酸堿精制的非加氫聯(lián)合工藝脫除環(huán)烷基餾分油中的多環(huán)芳烴化合物(PCA)。對萃取劑的選擇、分離操作條件和酸堿溶液用量對脫除效果的影響進行了考察;利用FTIR對油品結(jié)構(gòu)進行表征;對實驗過程產(chǎn)生的酸渣、堿渣和廢液的利用及處理進行了討論。實驗結(jié)果表明,最佳條件為以N-甲基吡咯烷酮為溶劑,在劑油質(zhì)量比為2,萃取溫度為45℃的條件下,對原料油進行萃取,PCA含量由12.72%(w)降至3.76%(w);再用2%(w)的濃H_2SO_4溶液和2%(w)的NaOH溶液精制抽余油,此時精制油收率為41.71%,PCA含量為0.79%(w),總脫除率高達93.79%。
