【摘要】：為保證儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)造腔正常進(jìn)行,需持續(xù)對(duì)造腔過程中的各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控分析,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并采取相應(yīng)措施。對(duì)造腔過程中監(jiān)測(cè)到的壓力排量、排鹵濃度、形態(tài)體積等生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)際值與計(jì)算的理論值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過分析兩者的差異性與油墊深度、兩管距、不溶物蓬松系數(shù)等造腔參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,形成了一套根據(jù)生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)判斷造腔參數(shù)是否異常的方法。如果造腔過程中造腔內(nèi)管脫落,會(huì)出現(xiàn)油墊壓力實(shí)際值大于理論值,排鹵濃度實(shí)際值小于理論值的現(xiàn)象;若油墊上升,則油墊壓力實(shí)際值小于理論值,排鹵濃度實(shí)際值大于理論值。結(jié)合聲吶測(cè)腔數(shù)據(jù),用生產(chǎn)實(shí)例對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,對(duì)分析造腔過程是否偏離設(shè)計(jì)方案具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the normal development of gas storage chamber, it is necessary to continuously monitor and analyze the production dynamic data in the process of cavity building, find the problems in time and take corresponding measures. The actual values of production dynamic data, such as pressure displacement, halogen concentration, shape and volume, which were monitored during cavity making, were compared with the calculated theoretical values. By analyzing the differences between them, the oil cushion depth and the distance between two pipes were analyzed. Based on the relationship between the cavities parameters such as the fluffy coefficient of insoluble matter, a set of methods for judging whether the parameters of cavities are abnormal or not are formed according to the production dynamic data. If the tube falls off during cavity making, the actual value of oil cushion pressure is larger than the theoretical value, the actual value of halide concentration is less than the theoretical value, and if the oil pad rises, the actual value of oil cushion pressure is less than the theoretical value. The actual value of the discharged halogen concentration is larger than the theoretical value. Combined with sonar cavity measurement data, the method is verified with a production example, which has important guiding significance for analyzing whether the cavity making process deviates from the design scheme.
