某人工島修井作業(yè)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:某人工島所在油田屬于海上稠油油田,進(jìn)入開發(fā)中、后期后,將以蒸汽吞吐方式進(jìn)行開采。該海上油田開采方式,在國內(nèi)外都尚屬首次,對修井作業(yè)提出了更高的要求。通過文獻(xiàn)查詢及對海上、陸上服役機(jī)型進(jìn)行調(diào)研,目前海洋修井機(jī)為海上修井作業(yè)的主要機(jī)型,但該機(jī)型一般是為導(dǎo)管架采油平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)的,修井范圍有限,且整機(jī)配套價(jià)格較高。由于某人工島的油水井比較多,常規(guī)海洋修井機(jī)對于該島修井作業(yè)的適用性將明顯降低,且作業(yè)成本也將大幅增加。另外,陸上油田成熟的修井作業(yè)技術(shù),也不能完全滿足該油田海上修井作業(yè)的要求,對修井作業(yè)的安全、環(huán)保、井控及工藝技術(shù)等方面提出了更高的要求。本文從陸上、海上稠油油田的修井裝備配套及修井作業(yè)技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),從中獲取一定經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)而針對某人工島環(huán)境特點(diǎn),分析和研究了某人工島修井作業(yè)技術(shù),包括修井機(jī)的選型、導(dǎo)軌式修井裝備配套設(shè)施研究、管桿自動(dòng)測量技術(shù)研究和修井作業(yè)工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。其中,導(dǎo)軌式修井裝備配套設(shè)施研究,又包括井口管桿機(jī)械化輸送系統(tǒng)、升高立管、BOP懸吊運(yùn)移裝置、高空操作起放裝置、可調(diào)式喇叭管等內(nèi)容。開展了陸地演裝試驗(yàn),在檢驗(yàn)修井機(jī)及其配套設(shè)施等的性能、兼容性的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了優(yōu)化改進(jìn)方案,通過聯(lián)合調(diào)試,為后續(xù)登島試運(yùn)行提供了保障。在登島修井作業(yè)時(shí),升高立管、BOP懸吊運(yùn)移裝置、高空操作起放裝置、可調(diào)式喇叭管等配套設(shè)施保障了安全作業(yè),滿足作業(yè)環(huán)境和施工工藝要求;井口管桿機(jī)械化輸送系統(tǒng)、管桿自動(dòng)測量及匹配優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)提高了修井作業(yè)的自動(dòng)化水平,降低了操作工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。通過對某人工島井口槽雙排密集布置方式及直線抽油機(jī)等島面生產(chǎn)設(shè)施空間分布特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究,采用HXJ135E軌道式修井設(shè)備、機(jī)械化配套設(shè)施及優(yōu)化的洗井、沖砂等修井作業(yè)工藝,解決了某人工島狹小空間內(nèi)修井作業(yè)難題,提高了修井作業(yè)質(zhì)量,對海上修井作業(yè)具有指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:An artificial island oil field belongs to offshore heavy oil field, which will be produced by steam huff and puff in the later stage of development. It is the first time at home and abroad that the offshore oil production mode has put forward higher requirements for workover operation. Through literature inquiry and investigation of offshore and onshore service models, at present, ocean workover machine is the main type of offshore workover operation, but this type is generally designed for jacket oil recovery platform, and the workover range is limited. And the complete set price is higher. Because there are many oil and water wells in a artificial island, the applicability of conventional ocean workover machines to the workover operation on the island will be obviously reduced, and the operating cost will be increased greatly. In addition, the mature workover technology in onshore oil fields can not fully meet the requirements of offshore workover operation in this oilfield, and puts forward higher requirements for the safety, environmental protection, well control and process technology of workover operation. In this paper, based on the status quo of workover equipment and workover technology in onshore and offshore heavy oil fields, some experiences are obtained, and then, according to the environmental characteristics of an artificial island, the workover operation technology of a artificial island is analyzed and studied. It includes the selection of workover machine, the research of supporting facilities of guideway workover equipment, the research of automatic measurement technology of pipe rod and the design of workover process flow. Among them, the research on the supporting facilities of guideway workover equipment also includes the mechanized conveying system of wellhead pipe rod, the suspended transportation device of raising riser and BOP, the high altitude operation lifting and releasing device, the adjustable horn pipe and so on. On the basis of testing the performance and compatibility of workover machine and its supporting facilities, an optimized and improved scheme is put forward. Through joint debugging, it provides a guarantee for the subsequent trial operation on the island. During the workover work on the island, the hoisting riser and BOP suspending and moving device, the high altitude operation lifting and releasing device, the adjustable horn pipe and other supporting facilities ensure the safe operation and meet the requirements of the working environment and the construction technology, and the mechanized conveying system of the wellhead pipe rod, The automatic measuring and matching optimization system of pipe rod improves the automation level of workover operation and reduces the labor intensity of operation workers. Based on the analysis and study of the spatial distribution characteristics of the island production facilities such as a manmade island wellhead groove with double rows and linear pumping units, HXJ135E track workover equipment, mechanized supporting facilities and optimized well washing are adopted. The workover operation technology of sand washing and other workover has solved the problem of workover operation in a small space of artificial island, improved the quality of workover operation, and has a guiding effect on offshore workover operation.
