【摘要】：地質(zhì)災(zāi)害是影響管道運(yùn)營(yíng)安全與使用壽命、破壞管道的重要因素。黃土塬是洪水、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害高發(fā)地區(qū),油氣長(zhǎng)輸管道在建設(shè)過程中對(duì)途徑的黃土產(chǎn)生擾動(dòng),導(dǎo)致管道更易遭受水毀、滑坡、坍塌等災(zāi)害的威脅與破壞,嚴(yán)重影響管道運(yùn)營(yíng)安全。通過深入分析黃土塬地區(qū)的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害類別,總結(jié)近幾年在蘭—鄭—長(zhǎng)成品油管道慶陽(yáng)支線地質(zhì)災(zāi)害治理工程中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合地形地貌、土體條件,提出了黃土塬地區(qū)各種易發(fā)性地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的防治措施,以有效避免災(zāi)害發(fā)生及防止災(zāi)害擴(kuò)大,保證管道安全運(yùn)營(yíng)、減少經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,并可為其它同類地區(qū)油氣長(zhǎng)輸管道的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害防治提供參考與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Geological hazard is an important factor that affects the safety and service life of pipeline and destroys pipeline. Loess Plateau is an area with high incidence of floods and geological disasters. During the construction of long distance oil and gas pipelines, the loess is disturbed, which leads to the pipeline being threatened and destroyed by disasters such as water destruction, landslide and collapse, which seriously affects the safety of pipeline operation. By deeply analyzing the types of geological hazards in the Loess Plateau, this paper summarizes the successful experiences in the engineering of geological disaster management in Qingyang Branch Line of Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Chang-Pet Oil Pipeline in recent years, combined with the topographic and geomorphological conditions and soil conditions. In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of disasters and prevent the expansion of disasters, to ensure the safe operation of pipelines, to reduce economic losses, and to protect the ecological environment, the paper puts forward the prevention measures of various vulnerable geological disasters in the Loess Plateau. It can provide reference and guidance for geological hazard prevention of oil and gas pipeline in other similar areas.
