馬深1井超深小井眼固井技術(shù)研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:馬深1井完鉆井深為8 418 m,完井下入φ146.1 mm尾管封固氣層。井下高溫高壓、環(huán)空間隙小、頂替效率低、安全窗口狹窄、U型管效應(yīng)嚴(yán)重等問題突出。針對以上難點(diǎn),運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)承壓實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)芨鼫?zhǔn)確地模擬固井井筒壓力變化,防止井漏;入井流體呈現(xiàn)密度級差及流變級差,利于提高頂替效率;三級沖洗前置液體系抗污染能力強(qiáng),沖洗效果好;通過優(yōu)選抗高溫水泥添加劑研發(fā)了抗高溫膠乳防氣竄水泥漿體系,其在高溫下穩(wěn)定性好,防氣竄能力強(qiáng),水泥石具有良好的抗壓強(qiáng)度及彈韌性;變排量施工及有效層流驅(qū)替技術(shù)減弱了U型管效應(yīng),能夠防漏并保證頂替效率。該體系緩凝劑BS200-G、BS200R加量為0.7%和3%,稠化時(shí)間易調(diào)且不易受密度、溫度影響;膠乳JR加量優(yōu)選為12%,領(lǐng)漿、尾漿呈直角稠化,SPN值為0.9、0.5,靜膠凝強(qiáng)度過渡時(shí)間為28、22 min,同時(shí)漿體還具有較高的流動(dòng)度和較好的流變性。加入50%石英砂后減弱了高溫對水泥石強(qiáng)度的影響,且后期發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好的趨勢。添加1%塑性劑BS600的水泥石彈性模量與常規(guī)水泥石相比下降53.13%,塑性明顯增強(qiáng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)說明,該體系耐高溫性強(qiáng)、流變性好、防竄能力強(qiáng)、水泥石力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良。通過應(yīng)用抗高溫膠乳防氣竄水泥漿體系并配套以上技術(shù)措施,該井施工順利,固井質(zhì)量優(yōu)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The drilling depth of Mashen 1 well is 8 418 m, and the completion of the well is completed with 蠁 146.1 mm tail tube sealing gas reservoir. Underground high temperature and high pressure, small annulus clearance, low displacement efficiency, safety window narrow U-tube effect is serious and so on. In view of the above difficulties, the dynamic pressure experiment can more accurately simulate the change of cementing wellbore pressure and prevent well leakage; the flow into the well presents density and rheological differential, which is conducive to improving the displacement efficiency; the third stage washing front liquid system has strong anti-pollution ability. The high temperature latex gas channeling resistant cement slurry system is developed by selecting the high temperature cement additive, which has good stability, strong gas channeling resistance ability and good compressive strength and elastic toughness. Variable displacement construction and effective laminar displacement technology weaken the U-tube effect, prevent leakage and ensure displacement efficiency. The dosage of retarder BS200-G,BS200R is 0.7% and 3%, the thickening time is easy to adjust and is not easily affected by density and temperature. The SPN value of tailings is 0.9 ~ 0.5, the transition time of static gelling strength is 2822 min, and the slurry has higher fluidity and better rheology. After adding 50% quartz sand, the influence of high temperature on the strength of cement stone was weakened, and the later development showed a good trend. The elastic modulus of cement stone added with 1% plastic agent BS600 is 53.13% lower than that of conventional cement stone, and the plasticity is obviously enhanced. The experimental results show that the system has strong resistance to high temperature, good rheology, strong ability of anti-channeling and excellent mechanical properties of cement stone. Through the application of high temperature latex to prevent gas channeling cement slurry system and supporting the above technical measures, the well construction is smooth and the cementing quality is high quality.
