螺桿泵采油桿柱橫向振動的仿真研究
[Abstract]:The lateral vibration of the rod string of screw pump is an important factor leading to the eccentric wear of rod pipe and the fracture of rod string, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the transverse vibration of rod string of screw pump. In order to solve this problem, the main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the environmental load and its calculation method of screw pump rod string are studied, and the mechanical model of rod column analysis is established. Secondly, the comprehensive influence of axial force and axial distribution force at the end of the pump on the lateral vibration of the rod string is considered, and the mechanical and mathematical model of the lateral vibration of the rod string of the screw pump is established based on the elastic body theory. By using the mode superposition method and considering the boundary conditions of the lateral vibration of the rod string, the mode equation of the transverse vibration of the rod string in the form of the fourth order ordinary differential equation with variable coefficients is established. Then, the integral method is used to solve the natural frequency and mode function of the transverse vibration of the rod string. The factors influencing the natural frequency are analyzed and the response model of the lateral vibration of the rod string is established. Thirdly, using the idea of finite element method for reference, the rod column is discretized into several elements, and the influence of axial end force and axial uniform force on the element stiffness is considered. By using the flexibility matrix method, the simulation model of the natural frequency of the lateral vibration of the rod column based on discrete system is established, and the natural frequency and vibration mode are solved, and the dynamic simulation model of the discrete system is established. Finally, using MATLAB and Visual Basic 6.0, a "lateral vibration simulation software for the rod string of a ground driven screw pump" is developed. The natural frequency and mode curve of the transverse vibration of the rod string of the screw pump can be simulated by using the software.
