基于QFD的石化工程設計質量控制研究

【摘要】:石化工程項目資金占用多、技術要求高、建設周期長、安全風險大,作為工程項目的龍頭,設計對石化工程項目的質量起到?jīng)Q定性的作用。執(zhí)行工程設計標準是國家、行業(yè)規(guī)定的基本要求,也是工程設計質量控制的重要環(huán)節(jié)。而顧客的需求往往是高于標準的,從顧客角度出發(fā),把顧客的心聲結合到工程設計中,是更有效和高層次地提高工程質量和顧客滿意度的方法。本文在吸收前人已有研究成果的基礎上,運用質量功能展開(QFD)的質量控制方法,提出一套石化工程設計質量保證和控制體系。模型具體主要包括:顧客需求分析、技術特性分析、顧客需求-技術特性相關關系矩陣的構建、顧客需求與技術特性重要度的變換、設計文件分析、技術特性-設計文件相關關系矩陣的構建、技術特性與設計文件重要度的變換、設計質量控制重點提出等。而后也將建立的模型在筆者所任職H公司進行算例應用,對石化工程設計進行質量控制重點的定量分析,得到基于QFD的石化工程設計文件重要度排序,并就得到的重點設計文件提出質量控制措施及控制要點建議。最后得到的主要研究成果包括:提出基于QFD的石化工程設計質量控制模型;建立基于QFD的石化工程設計質量控制模型的應用算例。作為以顧客需求為驅動的設計質量控制方法,提出的基于QFD的質量控制模型能夠在設計中貫徹顧客的意圖、提高顧客滿意度,對石化工程設計企業(yè)提高顧客滿意度及控制設計質量具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As the leading project of petrochemical project, design plays a decisive role in the quality of petrochemical engineering project because of its large capital occupation, high technical requirement, long construction period and high safety risk. Carrying out engineering design standard is the basic requirement of national and trade regulation, and it is also an important link of engineering design quality control. However, the customer's demand is always higher than the standard. From the customer's point of view, combining the customer's voice with the engineering design is a more effective and high-level method to improve the engineering quality and customer satisfaction. On the basis of absorbing the previous research results, this paper puts forward a set of quality assurance and control system of petrochemical engineering design based on the quality control method of (QFD) using quality function. The model mainly includes: customer demand analysis, technical characteristic analysis, the construction of customer demand-technology characteristic correlation matrix, the transformation of customer demand and technical characteristic importance, the analysis of design file. The construction of correlation matrix between technical characteristics and design documents, the transformation of technical characteristics and importance of design documents, the key points of design quality control, etc. Then the established model is applied in the author's company H to carry out quantitative analysis on the quality control of petrochemical engineering design, and the order of importance degree of petrochemical engineering design file based on QFD is obtained. And put forward the quality control measures and key points for the key design documents. Finally, the main research results are as follows: put forward the petrochemical engineering design quality control model based on QFD, and establish the application example of petrochemical engineering design quality control model based on QFD. As a customer-demand-driven design quality control method, the proposed quality control model based on QFD can carry out the customer's intention in the design and improve customer satisfaction. It is of great significance for petrochemical engineering design enterprises to improve customer satisfaction and control design quality.
