懸浮凝膠顆粒調(diào)驅(qū)劑研究與現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:針對遼河油田注水區(qū)塊現(xiàn)有顆粒類深部調(diào)驅(qū)堵劑耐溫、抗剪切性能差,成膠強(qiáng)度低,有效期短,壓力提升幅度有限等問題,采用丙烯酰胺與天然橡膠膠乳、乙烯基吡咯烷酮通過自由基共聚,經(jīng)膠體干燥、造粒得到具有良好柔韌性和粘彈性能的柔性凝膠顆粒,并確定了最佳聚合反應(yīng)條件:單體濃度30%,丙烯酰胺:天然橡膠膠乳:乙烯基吡咯烷酮質(zhì)量比為1:0.8:0.3,交聯(lián)劑濃度0.05%,引發(fā)劑(甲醛合次硫酸氫鈉與過硫酸銨質(zhì)量比為1:2)濃度0.6%,聚合反應(yīng)溫度65℃。同時(shí)確定了用于懸浮凝膠顆粒的凝膠配方體系:聚合物800 mg/L、交聯(lián)劑400 mg/L、穩(wěn)定劑80 mg/L,得到了凝膠顆粒現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用的合理粒徑中值為2 mm,最佳使用濃度范圍1%~3%,F(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:凝膠顆粒對調(diào)驅(qū)壓力提升作用明顯,具有很高的可行性和實(shí)用性,為注水區(qū)塊穩(wěn)油控水提供了有力的技術(shù)保障。
