萬州作業(yè)區(qū)天然氣脫水工藝中影響三甘醇壽命因素及對策研究

【摘要】:重慶氣礦萬州作業(yè)區(qū)生產(chǎn)的原料氣為含硫天然氣,由于作業(yè)區(qū)氣田均處于中后期開采,上游均為增壓泡排采氣工藝,氣體中的藥劑、油污、氣田水等雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入脫水裝置,嚴(yán)重影響了三甘醇的使用壽命。同時由于增壓裝置越來越多,氣流脈動對三甘醇脫水的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行也產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重影響。在這種條件下,造成了萬州作業(yè)區(qū)脫水裝置運(yùn)行費(fèi)用居高不下,其中三甘醇消耗費(fèi)用占了總能耗費(fèi)用的49%以上。為了有效的解決三甘醇脫水工藝中三甘醇的消耗和變質(zhì)問題,有必要對影響三甘醇壽命因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出延長三甘醇使用壽命的對策。本論文根據(jù)脫水工藝處理的天然氣氣質(zhì)不同,有針對性的選擇了高含硫的涼風(fēng)站和低含硫的復(fù)1井站三甘醇天然氣脫水工藝為研究對象,通過自主設(shè)計的三甘醇脫水實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,模擬運(yùn)行的三甘醇脫水工藝,研究了含水量、無機(jī)鹽、有機(jī)物、酸性氣體、Fe3+濃度、表面活性劑、固體雜質(zhì)等因素對三甘醇性質(zhì)的影響。從三甘醇貧液的脫水性、三甘醇富液的再生性以及三甘醇富液的腐蝕性、發(fā)泡、消泡性能等方面分析了各因素對三甘醇性質(zhì)的影響規(guī)律。為進(jìn)一步研究各因素對三甘醇變質(zhì)的作用,根據(jù)影響三甘醇變質(zhì)因素的研究,從自身性質(zhì)、工藝方法、氣體氣質(zhì)等方面分析了不同條件下三甘醇的變質(zhì)機(jī)理;谟绊懭蚀甲冑|(zhì)因素的研究以及對三甘醇變質(zhì)機(jī)理的研究,針對不同生產(chǎn)條件下影響三甘醇壽命的主要因素以及變質(zhì)機(jī)理,從提高原料氣潔凈度、優(yōu)化三甘醇脫水裝置運(yùn)行參數(shù)、消除三甘醇中雜質(zhì)等方面提出了延長三甘醇使用壽命的措施。
[Abstract]:The raw gas produced in Wanzhou operation area of Chongqing gas mine is sulfur-bearing natural gas. Because the gas fields in the operation area are all in the middle and late stage of exploitation, the upstream gas recovery process is pressurized bubble, and the impurities in the gas, such as medicament, oil pollution, gas field water, etc., enter the dehydration device. The service life of triethylene glycol is seriously affected. At the same time, the steady operation of triethylene glycol dehydration is seriously affected by the gas pulsation due to the increasing number of supercharging devices. Under this condition, the operating cost of dehydration unit in Wanzhou operation area is high, and the consumption cost of triethylene glycol accounts for more than 49% of the total energy consumption cost. In order to effectively solve the problem of consumption and deterioration of triethylene glycol in dehydration process, it is necessary to systematically study the factors affecting the life of triethylene glycol, and put forward countermeasures to prolong the service life of triethylene glycol. In this paper, according to the nature of natural gas treated by dehydration process, the natural gas dehydration process of Liangfeng station with high sulfur content and that of Fu-1 well station with low sulfur content is selected as the research object, and the self-designed triethylene glycol dehydration experimental device is adopted. The effects of water content, inorganic salt, organic matter, concentration of acid gas Fe3, surfactant and solid impurity on the properties of triethylene glycol were studied. The effects of various factors on the properties of triethylene glycol were analyzed from the aspects of dehydration of triethylene glycol poor solution, regeneration of rich liquid of triethylene glycol and corrosion, foaming and defoaming properties of rich liquid of triethylene glycol. In order to further study the effect of various factors on the metamorphism of triethylene glycol, the metamorphic mechanism of triethylene glycol under different conditions was analyzed in terms of its own properties, process methods and gas temperament according to the study of the factors affecting the metamorphism of triethylene glycol. Based on the study of the factors affecting the metamorphism of triethylene glycol and the study of the modification mechanism of triethylene glycol, aiming at the main factors affecting the life of triethylene glycol under different production conditions and the modification mechanism, the cleanliness of raw gas was improved. The measures of prolonging the service life of triethylene glycol were put forward from the aspects of optimizing the operation parameters and eliminating impurities in triethylene glycol dehydration unit.
