井壁凈化完井液配方體系優(yōu)選及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用

【摘要】:油田開發(fā)中完井液工藝技術(shù)作為保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層的重要技術(shù),對(duì)油氣井的穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、增產(chǎn)發(fā)揮重要作用。吐哈油田現(xiàn)有的完井液工藝技術(shù)能夠在完井過程中有效保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層、提高產(chǎn)量,但是由于完井液配方中沒有加入清除泥餅的處理劑,完井液油溶率不高,因此不能有效清除井壁泥餅,阻礙了產(chǎn)層空隙和井眼的連通,沒有將完井液保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層的性能完全發(fā)揮出來。因此,在現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,需要優(yōu)化完井液清除泥餅的性能,完善完井液配方和工藝技術(shù)措施。本文通過分析吐哈油田鉆井液處理劑以及鉆井液濾餅性質(zhì),對(duì)濾餅清除機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入研究。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選出酸性有機(jī)螯合劑S2作為濾餅清除劑,能夠有效溶蝕水平井鉆井液形成的濾餅,加量為0.5%時(shí),濾餅失重率可達(dá)到21.9%。優(yōu)選緩蝕劑HS1,加量3%,完井液對(duì)N80鋼片的腐蝕速率為0.097mm/a,有效降低了對(duì)鉆具以及井下工具的腐蝕。篩選評(píng)價(jià)出油溶性暫堵劑ZD1,油溶率大于90%。完井液對(duì)巖心滲透率恢復(fù)率達(dá)到90.2%以上,能夠有效保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層。該完井液體系在吐哈魯克沁油田和雁木西油田應(yīng)用11井,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工無復(fù)雜發(fā)生,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施有效率100%,平均初期產(chǎn)量較鄰井分別提高了21.8%和8.1%。新型完井液應(yīng)用濾餅清除技術(shù)能夠有效清除附在井壁上的濾餅,打開儲(chǔ)層孔隙和井筒的連通通道,提高油層滲透率,能夠積極有效地保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層,大幅度減少完井過程中對(duì)產(chǎn)層的損害,對(duì)提高新井產(chǎn)量具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:As an important technology for reservoir protection, completion fluid technology plays an important role in stabilizing production and increasing production of oil and gas wells in oilfield development. The existing completion fluid technology in Turpan-Hami Oilfield can effectively protect the reservoir and increase the production rate during the completion process. However, due to the fact that the mud cake removal agent is not added to the completion fluid formulation, the oil solubility of the completion fluid is not high. Therefore, the mud cake of well wall can not be effectively cleared, which hinders the connection between the voids and boreholes, and does not give full play to the performance of the completion fluid to protect the reservoir. Therefore, on the basis of prior art, it is necessary to optimize the performance of mud cake removal from completion fluid and improve the formulation and technical measures of completion fluid. In this paper, the mechanism of filter cake removal is studied by analyzing drilling fluid treatment agent and filter cake properties of Tuha Oilfield. The acid organic chelating agent S2 as filter cake scavenger can effectively dissolve the filter cake formed by horizontal well drilling fluid. The weight loss rate of filter cake can reach 21.9when the addition amount is 0.5. The corrosion rate of completion fluid to N80 steel sheet is 0.097 mm / a, which can effectively reduce the corrosion of drilling tools and downhole tools. The oil soluble temporary plugging agent ZD 1 was screened and evaluated, and the oil solubility rate was greater than 90%. The recovery rate of completion fluid to core permeability is more than 90.2%, which can effectively protect reservoir. The completion fluid was applied in 11 wells in Tuha Lukeqin oilfield and Yanmuxi oil field. There was no complex field operation, and the efficiency was 100. The average initial production increased by 21.8% and 8.1% respectively compared with the adjacent wells. The application of filter cake cleaning technology to the new well completion fluid can effectively clear the filter cake attached to the well wall, open the connection channel between the reservoir pores and the wellbore, improve the reservoir permeability, and protect the reservoir actively and effectively. It is of practical significance to greatly reduce the damage to the production zone during completion and to improve the production rate of the new well.
