興9礫巖體儲氣庫一次上返固井技術

【摘要】:針對興9礫巖體儲氣庫固井過程中存在的井深封固段長、地層承壓能力低、礫巖體上部氣層活躍、全井水泥漿性能要求高等難點,開展了復合堵漏工藝研究,對水泥漿體系、沖洗隔離一體化體系和漿柱結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化,并進行了現(xiàn)場應用。研究結(jié)果表明:高溫承壓堵漏體系能顯著提高低壓地層承壓能力;防竄韌性水泥漿體系具有良好的防氣竄性能、較高的抗壓強度以及較低的彈性模量;低密高強水泥漿體系失水量小、稠化時間可調(diào)、早期強度高,能夠滿足120℃溫差下施工需求。大排量注替工藝等配套措施的應用,提高了頂替效率,確保了長封固段一次上返和蓋層有效封隔。現(xiàn)場應用效果良好,該技術為興9儲氣庫后續(xù)建設提供了技術支撐。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulties existing in the cementing process of Xing9 conglomerate gas storage reservoir, such as long deep cementing section, low bearing capacity of formation, active upper gas formation of conglomerate body and high performance requirement of the whole well cement slurry, the study on compound plugging technology is carried out, and the cement slurry system is studied. The integrated system of washing and isolation and the structure of slurry column were optimized and applied in the field. The results show that the high temperature pressure plugging system can significantly improve the pressure bearing capacity of low pressure formation, and the anti-channeling toughness cement slurry system has good gas channeling resistance, high compressive strength and low elastic modulus. The low density and high strength cement slurry system has the advantages of low water loss, adjustable thickening time and high early strength, which can meet the requirement of 120 鈩,
