環(huán)保型高效頁巖抑制劑聚賴氨酸的制備與評價

【摘要】:為了解決泥頁巖地層鉆井過程中井壁失穩(wěn)的難題,研制出一種兼具強抑制性和優(yōu)良環(huán)保性的水基鉆井液頁巖抑制劑——聚賴氨酸,并對其性能進行了評價。評價過程及結(jié)果如下:①借助紅外光譜、核磁共振、電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜、熱重分析等方法對其進行了化學(xué)表征;②通過線性膨脹實驗、泥頁巖熱滾回收實驗和膨潤土造漿實驗等手段,系統(tǒng)地評價了該抑制劑對泥頁巖的抑制性能:③抗溫性能和pH值適應(yīng)性評價結(jié)果表明,溫度在180℃以內(nèi)、pH值在7~10范圍內(nèi)該抑制劑均能發(fā)揮良好的抑制作用;④生物降解試驗結(jié)果表明,該抑制劑易于降解,環(huán)保性能優(yōu)異。結(jié)論認為,聚賴氨酸具有優(yōu)異抑制性能的原因在于其能夠有效地中和泥頁巖中膨潤土表面負電荷,將表面Zeta電位降低至接近零點,而又不會造成電性反轉(zhuǎn),從而最大限度地壓縮擴散雙電層,使泥頁巖不易分散;并且其抑制作用優(yōu)于KCl、小陽離子、Ultrahib等目前常用的幾種抑制劑。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of wellbore instability during mud shale formation drilling, a water-base drilling fluid shale inhibitor-Polysine, which has both strong inhibition and excellent environmental protection, was developed and its performance was evaluated. The evaluation process and results are as follows: 1. By means of infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, etc. By means of hot rolling recovery test and bentonite slurry making experiment, the inhibition performance of the inhibitor to shale was systematically evaluated. The results showed that the temperature resistance of the inhibitor to shale and the adaptability of the inhibitor to pH value were evaluated. The results of biodegradation test showed that the inhibitor was easy to degrade and had excellent environmental protection performance in the temperature range of 180 鈩,
