井口加熱爐提效優(yōu)化方法的分析及論證

【摘要】:加熱爐是油氣田集輸過程中廣泛使用的自耗燃料較大的設備之一,為了提高其熱效率降低裝置能耗、提高經(jīng)濟效益,本文針對新疆某氣田井口加熱爐,從運行現(xiàn)狀以及熱效率計算兩方面進行分析,得出影響加熱爐效率的兩大因素:排煙損失以及散熱損失,同時提出了提高加熱爐熱效率的優(yōu)化方法,并進行了論證。
[Abstract]:Heating furnace is one of the equipments widely used in gathering and transportation of oil and gas field. In order to improve its thermal efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of the unit and increase the economic benefit, this paper aims at the heating furnace at the well head of a gas field in Xinjiang. By analyzing the present operation situation and the calculation of heat efficiency, two major factors affecting the efficiency of heating furnace are obtained: smoke exhaust loss and heat dissipation loss. At the same time, the optimization method to improve the heat efficiency of the furnace is put forward and demonstrated.
