陰離子清潔壓裂液室內(nèi)研究及現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用

【摘要】:壓裂施工是低滲透油氣田增產(chǎn)的重要措施之一,壓裂液的性能直接影響壓裂施工的成功與否。傳統(tǒng)的聚合物壓裂液和現(xiàn)有的陽離子清潔壓裂液基本滿足了現(xiàn)場的施工要求,但仍存在一些缺陷未能得到解決。本文對傳統(tǒng)聚合物壓裂液和陽離子清潔壓裂液的不足之處進(jìn)行資料搜集和實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析后開展了陰離子清潔壓裂液的研究。以實(shí)驗(yàn)室自制的陰離子表面活性劑為主劑,利用控制變量法對各成分進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選,確定出陰離子清潔壓裂液的最佳配方為:XSY-1含量3%,反離子鹽的含量為3%,Na OH的含量為0.5%,乙二胺四乙酸的含量為0.3%。其次,對陰離子清潔壓裂液進(jìn)行了影響因素分析和室內(nèi)性能評價(jià),結(jié)果表明,該體系在170-1,80℃條件下剪切30min后,粘度達(dá)95m Pas以上;當(dāng)溫度升高到100℃以上時(shí),粘度仍能維持在45m Pas左右,該體系具有良好的粘彈性,而且摩阻小,攜砂能力強(qiáng),不需交聯(lián)劑、破膠劑等其他化學(xué)添加劑,地層傷害小,對油井增產(chǎn)具有顯著的特點(diǎn)。最后,本文有針對性的選取了延長油田和長慶油田的兩口井進(jìn)行了壓裂施工,施工結(jié)束后,日產(chǎn)液和日產(chǎn)油與壓裂前相比都增長了2倍左右,表明陰離子清潔壓裂液在延長油田和長慶油田現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用中取的良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Fracturing is one of the important measures to increase production in low permeability oil and gas fields. The performance of fracturing fluid directly affects the success of fracturing operation. The traditional polymer fracturing fluid and the existing cationic clean fracturing fluid basically meet the requirements of field operation, but there are still some defects that have not been solved. In this paper, the shortcomings of traditional polymer fracturing fluid and cationic clean fracturing fluid have been collected and analyzed in laboratory, and the anionic clean fracturing fluid has been studied. With the anionic surfactant made in the laboratory as the main agent, the components were optimized by the method of controlling variables. The optimum formula of anionic clean fracturing fluid was determined as follows:% XSY-1 content 3, counterion salt content 3, sodium hydroxide content 0.5, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid content 0.3%. Secondly, the influence factors of anionic clean fracturing fluid were analyzed and the indoor performance evaluation was carried out.
