華北寶力格油田水處理系統(tǒng)微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)及多樣性分析

【摘要】:在華北寶力格油田水處理系統(tǒng)的三相分離器與反應(yīng)池之間加入激活劑,采用16S r DNA高通量測(cè)序技術(shù),研究三相分離器、反應(yīng)池、過(guò)濾器和喂水泵4個(gè)水處理節(jié)點(diǎn)水樣中微生物(細(xì)菌和古菌)群落結(jié)構(gòu)及多樣性,并分析不同水處理節(jié)點(diǎn)水樣中驅(qū)油功能菌含量。研究結(jié)果表明,各水處理節(jié)點(diǎn)水樣的細(xì)菌和古菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)存在差異。三相分離器、反應(yīng)池、過(guò)濾器和喂水泵處水樣中細(xì)菌群落中的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌分別為彎曲菌科、紅長(zhǎng)命菌屬、紅長(zhǎng)命菌屬和固氮弧菌屬、地衣芽孢桿菌屬;三相分離器和喂水泵處水樣中古菌群落中的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌均為甲烷食甲基菌屬。喂水泵處細(xì)菌和古菌多樣性較前一個(gè)水處理節(jié)點(diǎn)減小,說(shuō)明微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)由復(fù)雜向簡(jiǎn)單發(fā)展。喂水泵處驅(qū)油功能菌含量最大,這些驅(qū)油功能菌注入地下后可發(fā)揮驅(qū)油作用。
[Abstract]:The activator was added between the three-phase separator and the reaction cell in the water treatment system of North China Baolige Oilfield, and the 16s r DNA high-throughput sequencing technique was used to study the three-phase separator and reaction cell. The community structure and diversity of microbes (bacteria and archaea) in the water samples of four water treatment nodes of filter and feed water pump were analyzed, and the content of oil displacement function bacteria in the water samples of different water treatment nodes were analyzed. The results showed that the community structure of bacteria and Archaea were different between the water samples of different water treatment nodes. The dominant bacteria in the water samples of three-phase separator, reaction tank, filter and feed water pump were Campylobacteriaceae, Rhodovibrio, Vibrio nitrogen-fixing, Bacillus licheniformis. The dominant bacteria in the water samples of three-phase separator and feed pump were methane-feeding methyl bacteria. The diversity of bacteria and archaea in the feed pump is smaller than that in the former water treatment node, which indicates that the microbial community structure has changed from complex to simple. The oil displacement function bacteria in the water pump are the largest, which can play a role in oil displacement after they are injected underground.
