煉油裝置腐蝕與防護系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著石油資源的深度開采以及進口高硫、高酸原油的不斷增加,原油劣質(zhì)化趨勢日趨明顯,給煉油廠的安全及長周期運行造成了嚴重威脅。目前,有的企業(yè)裝置原設計材質(zhì)標準低,對原料適應性差,在原(料)油性質(zhì)頻繁變化的情況下,實際加工的原油的酸值和硫含量已超出設計標準,造成設備管道腐蝕嚴重;有的企業(yè)的部分重點裝置材質(zhì)升級不徹底,存在安全隱患;有的企業(yè)長期加工低硫低酸原油,裝置的腐蝕控制措施不完善和腐蝕管理水平低下,當進行加工高硫、高酸原油適應性改造后,雖然裝置硬件滿足了加工高硫、高酸原油的要求,但裝置的腐蝕控制技術(shù)、腐蝕管理等軟件方面仍存在很大缺陷,使得裝置腐蝕事故頻發(fā)。因此,為更好地解決煉油裝置的腐蝕問題,我們著手開發(fā)了煉油裝置腐蝕防護系統(tǒng),以確保煉油企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)設備安全穩(wěn)定運行。本文闡述的煉油裝置腐蝕與防護系統(tǒng)采用面向?qū)ο蠡脑O計方法,將系統(tǒng)分為煉油裝置腐蝕案例庫、耐腐蝕金屬材料數(shù)據(jù)庫、腐蝕機理與壽命預測系統(tǒng)三部分。煉油裝置腐蝕案例庫:主要是通過收集整理國內(nèi)外煉油裝置的大量腐蝕失效案例,為煉油企業(yè)提供腐蝕案例的查詢服務;耐腐蝕金屬材料數(shù)據(jù)庫:主要是為煉油企業(yè)提供多種金屬材料的常規(guī)性能、腐蝕性能的查詢,以及提供煉油裝置設備選材的建議和知識等服務;腐蝕機理與壽命預測系統(tǒng):主要是對遭受腐蝕影響的煉油設備進行腐蝕機理分析、安全評估和剩余壽命預測。本文闡述的煉油裝置腐蝕與防護系統(tǒng)達到了預期的效果,運行順利,在煉油企業(yè)的預防腐蝕工作起到了積極的作用,得到了煉油企業(yè)的認可。
[Abstract]:Along with the deep exploitation of petroleum resources and the import of high sulfur and the increasing of high acid crude oil, the tendency of crude oil deterioration is becoming more and more obvious, which poses a serious threat to the safety and long period operation of refineries. At present, some enterprises have low design material standards and poor adaptability to raw materials. Under the condition of frequent changes in raw (raw) oil properties, the acid value and sulfur content of crude oil processed in practice have exceeded the design standard, resulting in serious corrosion of equipment pipelines. Some of the key installations in some enterprises are not upgraded thoroughly and there are hidden dangers in safety. Some enterprises process low sulfur and low acid crude oil for a long time, and the corrosion control measures of the units are not perfect and the corrosion management level is low. Although the hardware of the high acid crude oil can meet the requirements of processing high sulfur and high acid crude oil, the corrosion control technology, corrosion management and other software of the unit still have great defects, resulting in frequent corrosion accidents. Therefore, in order to solve the corrosion problem of refinery units better, we have developed the corrosion protection system of oil refining units to ensure the safe and stable operation of production equipment in oil refining enterprises. In this paper, the corrosion and protection system of oil refining unit is designed by object-oriented method. The system is divided into three parts: corrosion case database, corrosion resistant metal material database, corrosion mechanism and life prediction system. The corrosion case base of oil refining units: mainly through collecting and sorting out a large number of corrosion failure cases of domestic and foreign refining units to provide the inquiry service of corrosion cases for oil refining enterprises; Corrosion resistant metal materials database: mainly for oil refining enterprises to provide a variety of conventional properties of metal materials, corrosion performance query, as well as provide refinery equipment selection advice and knowledge services; Corrosion mechanism and life prediction system: the corrosion mechanism analysis, safety evaluation and residual life prediction of oil refining equipment affected by corrosion are carried out. The corrosion and protection system of the oil refining unit described in this paper has achieved the expected effect and run smoothly. It has played a positive role in the prevention of corrosion in oil refining enterprises and has been recognized by oil refining enterprises.
