微支化微交聯(lián)聚丙烯酰胺的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:在聚合物驅(qū)實(shí)施過(guò)程中,機(jī)械降解,造成聚合物黏度下降,從而影響最終采收率。為提高聚合物工作黏度,提高抗剪切性能,對(duì)分子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了合理設(shè)計(jì),引入甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)功能單體。以過(guò)硫酸銨(APS)和DMAEMA為引發(fā)體系,在水溶液中采用常規(guī)自由基聚合制備了一系列具有微支化微交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的聚丙烯酰胺。其中,DMAEMA上氮鄰位的仲碳上可形成引發(fā)活性點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步引發(fā)自由基聚合形成支鏈,鏈端自由基通過(guò)耦合終止形成交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)。采用紅外光譜研究了微支化微交聯(lián)聚丙烯酰胺的結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)對(duì)聚合物溶液的性能測(cè)試探究了不同引發(fā)劑配比對(duì)聚合物性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用DMAEMA作為還原劑參與了聚合反應(yīng),體系中形成了微交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu),聚合物的黏度及剪切穩(wěn)定性隨DMAEMA含量的增加而提高;DMAEMA同時(shí)具有鏈轉(zhuǎn)移作用,含量過(guò)大時(shí)聚合產(chǎn)物分子量降低,剪切穩(wěn)定性下降。
[Abstract]:In the process of polymer flooding, mechanical degradation results in the decrease of polymer viscosity, which affects the final recovery. In order to improve the working viscosity and shear resistance of the polymer, the molecular structure was designed reasonably, and the functional monomer of (DMAEMA) was introduced. A series of polyacrylamide with microbranched microcrosslinked structure was prepared by conventional radical polymerization in aqueous solution with ammonium persulfate (APS) and DMAEMA as initiators. In DMAEMA, the active point of initiation can be formed on the nitrogen-adjacent secondary carbon, and the radical polymerization is further initiated to form a branched chain, and the chain end radical terminates to form a cross-linking structure. The structure of microbranched microcrosslinked polyacrylamide was studied by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of different initiator ratios on the properties of polymer were investigated by testing the properties of polymer solution. The results showed that the microcrosslinking structure was formed by using DMAEMA as reducing agent, and the viscosity and shear stability of the polymer increased with the increase of DMAEMA content. When the content is too high, the molecular weight of polymerization product decreases and the shear stability decreases.
