天然氣井井下定壓節(jié)流閥數(shù)值模擬及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對目前節(jié)流閥存在無法根據(jù)需要自動改變節(jié)流嘴尺寸等問題,利用ANSYS對一種新型天然氣井井下定壓節(jié)流閥進數(shù)值模擬,該節(jié)流閥可以根據(jù)節(jié)流閥入口壓力的變化調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流閥的開度,以保證節(jié)流閥出口壓力基本保持在設(shè)計壓力值范圍不變,分析了節(jié)流閥在正常工作壓力范圍內(nèi)、不同開度時,節(jié)流閥節(jié)流過程中的壓力、速度和溫度變化,仿真結(jié)果和理論計算結(jié)果相符;通過節(jié)流閥在氣固兩相流時的沖蝕磨損情況分析,表明在節(jié)流閥閥芯錐面沖蝕磨損最為嚴重,最大沖蝕率為4.413×10-7kg/(m2·s)。最后,基于前面分析結(jié)果對節(jié)流閥的閥芯和閥座進行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明當節(jié)流閥閥座傾角β=10°時,閥芯沖蝕率最小;并對閥芯錐面進行氮化處理增強其耐磨性。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the throttle valve can not automatically change the size of throttle nozzle according to the need at present, the numerical simulation of a new type of natural gas well under constant pressure throttle valve is carried out by using ANSYS. The throttle valve can adjust the throttle opening degree according to the change of the throttle valve inlet pressure, so as to ensure that the throttle outlet pressure is kept basically unchanged in the design pressure range, and analyzes the throttle valve in the normal working pressure range, when the throttle valve opens at different degrees, The variation of pressure, velocity and temperature in throttle valve is consistent with the theoretical calculation results, and the erosion wear of throttle valve in gas-solid two-phase flow is analyzed, which shows that the erosion wear is the most serious in the cone of throttle valve core. The maximum erosion rate is 4.413 脳 10-7kg/ (m2 s). Finally, the structure of the valve core and seat of the throttle valve is optimized based on the results of the previous analysis. The optimization results show that the erosion rate of the valve core is minimum when the valve seat inclination is 10 擄, and the wear resistance of the valve core cone is enhanced by nitridation.
