添加劑對(duì)提高炭陽(yáng)極抗氧化性能的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文重點(diǎn)針對(duì)目前因石油焦質(zhì)量劣化導(dǎo)致炭陽(yáng)極抗氧化性能差的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,通過多種化學(xué)物質(zhì)對(duì)粘結(jié)基質(zhì)抗氧化性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究,開發(fā)了一種預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極復(fù)合抗氧化添加劑,旨在原料劣化的情況下大幅提高炭陽(yáng)極的抗氧化性能。試驗(yàn)表明,復(fù)合抗氧化添加劑能明顯提高陽(yáng)極的抗氧化性能,使用復(fù)合抗氧化添加劑后,陽(yáng)極空氣反應(yīng)殘余率均提高了27個(gè)百分點(diǎn)以上,CO_2反應(yīng)殘余率提高了4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)以上,電阻率降低了3μΩ·m以上。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the fact that the oxidation resistance of carbon anode is poor due to the deterioration of petroleum coke quality. Through the experimental study of the influence of many kinds of chemicals on the oxidation resistance of bonded matrix, a composite antioxidant additive of prebaked anode is developed. The aim of this paper is to improve the oxidation resistance of carbon anode greatly under the condition of raw material deterioration. The results showed that the oxidation resistance of the anode was obviously improved by the compound antioxidant additive. The residual rate of the anodic air reaction increased by more than 27 percentage points and the residual rate of the reaction was increased by more than 4 percentage points after the use of the compound antioxidant additive. The resistivity is reduced by more than 3 渭 惟 m.
