【摘要】：通過對低壓泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點介紹、口環(huán)間隙對軸向力和徑向力影響的分析以及對低溫條件下泵口環(huán)間隙和軸套間隙影響的推算,找出了低壓泵振動的根源,結(jié)合以往大修記錄,修訂調(diào)整了大修的常溫配合參數(shù),成功解決了長期以來低壓泵的振動問題。
[Abstract]:By introducing the structure characteristics of low-pressure pump, analyzing the influence of the gap of the orifice ring on axial force and radial force, and calculating the influence of the gap of the opening ring of the pump and the clearance of shaft sleeve at low temperature, the source of vibration of the low-pressure pump is found out, and combined with the record of overhauling in the past, The adjustment of the normal temperature matching parameters of the overhaul has successfully solved the vibration problem of the low pressure pump for a long time.
