耐高溫防腐隔熱涂料的制備與性能

【摘要】:耐高溫防腐隔熱涂料在石化管道領(lǐng)域具有重要的應(yīng)用。文中以環(huán)氧改性有機硅樹脂為基料,通過復(fù)配具有優(yōu)異隔熱性能的空心玻璃微珠、低溫熔融玻璃粉、潤濕分散劑、消泡劑等制備了一種至少耐500℃高溫的防腐隔熱涂料。利用掃描電子顯微鏡、熱導(dǎo)分析、電化學(xué)阻抗譜,研究了不同顏基比、空心玻璃微珠含量對涂料力學(xué)性能和熱學(xué)性能的影響。研究表明,顏基比為2/1,空心玻璃微珠占填料比例為40%時涂層綜合性能達到最佳。
