溶氣氣浮分離乳化油的影響因素及其作用機制

【摘要】:通過實驗方法研究了溶氣氣浮除油的影響因素及各因素的作用機制。提高溶氣壓力可增大污水中的氣泡數(shù)密度及氣泡/油滴的碰撞概率,其中數(shù)密度增大是改善除油效果的主要原因。表面活性劑和絮凝劑均可改善浮選除油效果。表面活性劑可減小氣泡直徑并提高油滴/氣泡的碰撞效率,而絮凝劑則可使油滴聚集成簇而提高氣泡的捕獲效率。最后通過對比幾種化學(xué)助劑的效果表明,無機絮凝劑PAC相較有機絮凝劑PAM及表面活性劑SLS更適于作為溶氣氣浮的化學(xué)助劑。
[Abstract]:The influence factors of dissolved air flotation on oil removal and the action mechanism of each factor were studied by experimental method. Increasing the dissolved gas pressure can increase the bubble number density and the collision probability of the bubble / oil droplet in the sewage. The increase of the number density is the main reason to improve the oil removal effect. Both surfactant and flocculant can improve the deoiling effect of flotation. The surfactant can reduce the bubble diameter and increase the collision efficiency of oil droplet / bubble, while the flocculant can make the oil droplet gather into clusters and improve the capture efficiency of the bubble. Finally, by comparing the effects of several kinds of chemical auxiliaries, it is shown that the inorganic flocculant PAC is more suitable as the chemical assistant for dissolved air flotation than the organic flocculant PAM and the surfactant SLS.
