潛油電泵采油系統(tǒng)井下設(shè)備效率研究

【摘要】:潛油電泵是采油中很重要的舉升設(shè)備,具有泵效高,排量范圍大,自動化程度高等特點。潛油電泵采油能提高油氣井采液速率、實現(xiàn)油氣井持續(xù)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。但是潛油電泵在運行過程中,如果井下電泵機組與生產(chǎn)參數(shù)匹配不當(dāng),則會出現(xiàn)泵效偏離高效區(qū)、不能在最高效率點工作。因此,研究潛油電泵井井下設(shè)備優(yōu)化設(shè)計對潛油電泵合理、高效運行有很重要的意義。本文充分調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外潛油電泵技術(shù)理論和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,在對油井流入、流出動態(tài),井筒多相流理論,潛油電泵特性曲線進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了潛油電泵井下設(shè)備優(yōu)選,以井下效率最高為目標(biāo)函數(shù),運用節(jié)點分析方法,研究了潛油電泵井下設(shè)備的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,以實現(xiàn)井下設(shè)備的高效運行。文中考慮潛油電泵生產(chǎn)的供產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,以泵型、潛油電機、電纜參數(shù)為設(shè)計變量,以三者耦合下的井下效率最高為目標(biāo)函數(shù),綜合考慮泵徑、下泵深度、電泵級數(shù)、產(chǎn)液量等約束條件,研究了井下設(shè)備之間關(guān)系,優(yōu)選潛油電泵,潛油電機和電纜。本文考慮了所選的6種泵,51種電機,188種井下機組的可能性,分別計算了每種機組的井下效率。結(jié)果顯示:井下效率高低與井下機組的選擇有關(guān),即188種井下機組就有188個井下設(shè)備效率。最后,在所選最優(yōu)的井下機組的基礎(chǔ)上,對影響井下設(shè)備效率的因素做了具體的分析。
[Abstract]:Electric submersible pump is an important lifting equipment in oil recovery, which has the characteristics of high pump efficiency, large displacement range and high degree of automation. The electric submersible pump can improve the fluid production rate of oil and gas wells and realize the sustainable and stable production of oil and gas wells. However, in the operation of submersible electric pump, if the underground electric pump unit and the production parameters are not matched properly, the pump efficiency will deviate from the high efficiency zone and can not work at the highest efficiency point. Therefore, it is very important to study the optimization design of submersible electric pump well equipment for the submersible electric pump to operate reasonably and efficiently. In this paper, the theory and application status of submersible electric pump at home and abroad are fully investigated. On the basis of the research on oil well inflow, outflow performance, wellbore multiphase flow theory and submersible pump characteristic curve, the submersible electric pump downhole equipment is optimized. Taking the highest downhole efficiency as the objective function and using the nodal analysis method, the optimization design method of the submersible electric pump downhole equipment is studied in order to realize the efficient operation of the downhole equipment. In this paper, the production coordination relationship of submersible electric pump is considered. The parameters of pump, submersible motor and cable are taken as design variables, and the maximum downhole efficiency under the three coupling conditions is taken as objective function, and the pump diameter, pump depth and electric pump series are considered synthetically. The relationship between underground equipments, submersible electric pump, submersible motor and cable are studied. In this paper, the possibility of selecting 6 kinds of pumps and 51 kinds of motors and 188 kinds of downhole units are considered, and the downhole efficiency of each type of unit is calculated respectively. The results show that the downhole efficiency is related to the selection of downhole units, that is, 188 downhole units have 188 downhole equipment efficiency. Finally, on the basis of selecting the optimal downhole unit, the factors affecting the downhole equipment efficiency are analyzed concretely.
