超深水平井裸眼分段完井管柱優(yōu)化設(shè)計及順利下入技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著中淺層油氣藏的不斷開發(fā),深層油氣在未動用石油地質(zhì)儲量中所占比例越來越大,大量的深層油氣鉆探工作在世界各國展開,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了大量深層油氣;完井技術(shù)對充分發(fā)揮水平井,提高深層油氣藏產(chǎn)能和采收率中的作用十分突出,國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的完井技術(shù)水平已跟不上深層油氣藏水平井開發(fā)技術(shù)要求,完井技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀制約著深層油氣藏水平井的高效開發(fā)?茖W(xué)高效地開采深層油氣資源對解決我國能源需求具有重要意義;如何盡快突破深層油氣開發(fā)瓶頸,打破國外技術(shù)壟斷是我國石油科技工作者面臨的重要任務(wù)。 元壩氣田是世界上超深海相酸性氣田之一,疊合區(qū)及灘相儲層物性較差,具有埋藏深、壓力高、裂縫非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng)、氣水關(guān)系復(fù)雜等復(fù)雜地質(zhì)特征;本文從氣井產(chǎn)能情況、氣水關(guān)系、儲層改造要求、工程作業(yè)風(fēng)險四個方面來簡明扼要說明元壩區(qū)塊完井方式優(yōu)選;考慮到元壩疊合區(qū)跟灘相儲層(無法通過自然建產(chǎn)獲得產(chǎn)量)需采用裸眼分段完井酸化建產(chǎn),分析得出元壩裸眼分段完井投產(chǎn)難點,即管柱順利下入、工具可靠性保障、完井管柱優(yōu)化設(shè)計、安全投產(chǎn)。 本文主要利用landmark軟件對完井管柱下入進(jìn)行分析,得出元壩裸眼分段完井適用的井筒條件需滿足:二開井段(3100m±)狗腿度1°/30m,測點要求10m一個點;三開、四開直井段狗腿度3°/30m;造斜段狗腿度9°/30m,水平段狗腿度6°/30m;全井無鍵槽;盡量避免靶點多次調(diào)整造成井眼軌跡復(fù)雜,特別是避免軌跡上翹。 在研究帶封隔器管柱力學(xué)分析模型基礎(chǔ)上,對不同工況下水平井井筒壓力、溫度分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,并建立其計算模型;考慮井斜角、方位角、側(cè)向力及摩阻等綜合作用的三維彎曲井眼內(nèi)管柱軸力計算模型;為后續(xù)進(jìn)行水平井分段完井管柱優(yōu)化設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。基于上述模型,對元壩管柱進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計;選用長度較短的液壓裸眼封隔器,采用雙壓差滑套,采用隔離球座進(jìn)一步防止巖屑等固相顆粒進(jìn)入管柱內(nèi),采用“永久封+懸掛封”雙封隔器設(shè)計提高斜井段回插后的環(huán)空隔絕、防腐效果。通過強(qiáng)度校核進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化9.52mm壁厚油管的使用長度。優(yōu)化裸眼封隔器的承壓能力要求。并提出工具產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)選建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of middle and shallow reservoirs, the proportion of deep oil and gas in unproduced petroleum geological reserves is increasing. A large number of deep oil and gas drilling work has been carried out all over the world, and a large number of deep oil and gas have been discovered. Completion technology plays an important role in giving full play to horizontal wells and improving productivity and recovery efficiency of deep reservoirs. The existing completion technology level in China can no longer keep up with the technical requirements of horizontal well development in deep reservoirs. The present situation of completion technology restricts the efficient development of horizontal wells in deep reservoirs. Scientific and efficient exploitation of deep oil and gas resources is of great significance to solve the energy demand of our country, and how to break through the bottleneck of deep oil and gas development as soon as possible and break the foreign technology monopoly is an important task facing our petroleum science and technology workers. Yuanba gas field is one of the ultra-deep sea facies acid gas fields in the world. The physical properties of superimposed area and beach facies reservoir are poor, with complex geological characteristics such as deep burial depth, high pressure, strong heterogeneity of fractures, complex gas-water relationship, etc. The relationship between gas and water, the requirement of reservoir reconstruction, and the risk of engineering operation are four aspects to explain simply and concisely the optimal selection of completion mode of block in Yuanba area. Considering that the beach facies reservoir in Yuanba superimposed area (which can not be obtained by natural production) needs to adopt open hole segmented completion acidizing to build production, it is concluded that the difficulties in the production of Yuanba open-hole segmented completion are the smooth entry of tubing string and the guarantee of tool reliability. Completion string optimization design, safe production. In this paper, the landmark software is used to analyze the downhill of completion string, and it is concluded that the wellbore conditions suitable for open hole completion in Yuanba are as follows: (3100m 鹵) dog leg degree 1 擄/ 30 m, measuring point 10 m / 1 point, dog leg degree 3 擄/ 30 m in three open and four open straight wells; The dog leg degree of diagonal section is 9 擄/ 30 m, and the horizontal section is 6 擄/ 30 m. There is no keyway in the whole well. On the basis of studying the mechanical analysis model of pipe string with Packer, the distribution law of wellbore pressure and temperature in horizontal well under different working conditions is studied, and its calculation model is established, considering the well inclination angle, azimuth angle, The axial force calculation model of the tube string in the hole of three dimensional bending wells is developed, which can be used as a foundation for the optimization design of the completion string of horizontal wells. Based on the above model, the optimization design of Yuanba pipe string is carried out, and the hydraulic open-hole Packer with short length is selected, the double-pressure differential slide sleeve is adopted, and the isolating ball seat is used to further prevent the solid particles such as cuttings from entering the pipe string. The double Packer of "permanent seal and suspension seal" is used to improve the annulus isolation and anticorrosion effect of the inclined shaft. The length of 9.52mm wall thick tubing is further optimized by strength check. Optimization of bare-eye Packer pressure capacity requirements. And put forward the tool product selection suggestion.
