【摘要】：FCC輕汽油醚化工藝是當(dāng)前技術(shù)較為成熟的工藝,國(guó)內(nèi)外都廣泛使用,尤其是在環(huán)保要求日益嚴(yán)峻的今天,其生產(chǎn)的醚化產(chǎn)品可有效降低汽油中的烯烴含量,提升車用汽油的質(zhì)量,在有效降低汽車尾氣中污染物排放的同時(shí),提升汽油辛烷值。探索汽油醚化裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的可行方案,對(duì)醚化汽油的生產(chǎn)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,本論文主要通過對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有催化輕汽油醚化工藝,了解當(dāng)今的輕汽油醚化工藝技術(shù)水平,通過對(duì)蘭州石化公司煉油廠50萬噸/年汽油醚化裝置運(yùn)行近三年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集、分析、研究,探索制約裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的因素,使裝置更長(zhǎng)久穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行,根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)操作中催化劑性質(zhì)、醚化反應(yīng)機(jī)理、原料性質(zhì)、水、工藝操作參數(shù)等的不斷探究及優(yōu)化,試圖化解各影響因素造成的不利影響,使裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)周期平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The etherification process of FCC light gasoline is a mature technology, which is widely used at home and abroad, especially in the increasingly severe environmental requirements today, its etherification products can effectively reduce the olefin content in gasoline. Improve the quality of vehicle gasoline, effectively reduce the emission of pollutants in vehicle exhaust, and improve the octane number of gasoline at the same time. It is of practical significance for the production of etherified gasoline to explore the feasible scheme of long period operation of gasoline etherification unit. This paper mainly compares the existing catalytic light gasoline etherification process at home and abroad. To understand the present technology level of light gasoline etherification, through collecting, analyzing, researching and exploring the factors restricting the long period operation of 500000 t / a gasoline etherification unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Refinery, through collecting, analyzing, studying and exploring the factors restricting the long period operation of the unit. According to the characteristics of catalyst, etherification reaction mechanism, raw material property, water, process operation parameters and so on in the actual production operation, the unit can be operated more and more steadily and continuously, in order to resolve the adverse effects caused by various influencing factors. The device can run smoothly for a long period.
