【摘要】：頂部封隔器是水平井礫石充填管柱中最重要的組件之一。研制了一種新型頂部封隔器,該封隔器通徑大(ф152.4 mm),采用C型單面齒鎖環(huán)機(jī)構(gòu)和雙向卡瓦錨定來保證密封可靠性及降低管柱上下串動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)新型頂部封隔器的卡瓦、鎖環(huán)、上短節(jié)、芯軸、膠筒組等關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析,均能滿足要求。高溫(165℃)高壓室內(nèi)坐封試驗(yàn)和上、下壓試驗(yàn)表明,當(dāng)加壓至坐封壓力19 MPa時(shí),保壓15 min,坐封正常完成;繼續(xù)加壓至46 MPa時(shí),上、下壓試驗(yàn)均能保壓30 min;下入回取工具,將封隔器取出套管,膠筒及卡瓦均未損壞。利用新型頂部封隔器在陸上和海上3口井進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),均圓滿完成作業(yè)。新型頂部封隔器目前已成功應(yīng)用100井次以上,可廣泛應(yīng)用于海上水平井礫石充填、簡(jiǎn)易防砂及相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。
