高壓氣井環(huán)空壓力管理圖版設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The annular band pressure is a common technical problem of gas well integrity management in gas fields at home and abroad. The scientific annular pressure management can effectively alleviate the deterioration of the annular pressure problem and ensure the long-term integrity of the oil and gas wells. However, several kinds of air pressure management technologies widely used in the world are unable to meet the PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Co. Following the management requirements of the ultra deep pressure gas wells in the Tarim Oilfield, a set of ring air pressure management techniques suitable for the super deep pressure well of the company is urgently needed. Therefore, based on the existing air well annular pressure management technology at home and abroad, the A annular space of the super deep pressure gas well is considered to correspond to the different production and closing of all well barrier components. A set of calculation methods for the maximum permissible pressure curve of A annular space and the minimum reserved pressure curve of A ring are innovated. At the same time, the maximum allowable pressure calculation of the maximum permissible pressure of B, C, D annular space is taken into consideration, and a set of maximum allowable pressure calculation for B, C, D ring air is proposed. The new method has been designed and completed. This technique has been applied to all high pressure gas wells in the company, which effectively supports the safe and efficient development of the ultra deep pressure gas wells in Tarim Oilfield.
