井下鉆柱振動測試方法研究

【摘要】:隨著鉆井與測井技術(shù)的發(fā)展,鉆柱振動越來越引起了研究人員的注意和重視。鉆柱振動常常會給鉆頭帶來較大損傷,還會引起鉆柱疲勞失效以及鉆柱磨損等問題,因此,鉆柱振動的危害性相當(dāng)大。由于鉆柱的內(nèi)部特征以及運行的情況可以通過振動信號反映出來,所以,為了識別鉆柱的工作狀況以及可能會發(fā)生的機(jī)械故障,本文對鉆柱振動測試方法進(jìn)行了研究。 論文首先調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外鉆柱振動測試的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后對鉆柱振動的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究。完成了鉆柱振動測試系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,簡要分析了系統(tǒng)的各組成部分及功能特點,闡述了系統(tǒng)的功能要求,給出了系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)指標(biāo),分析了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境。 鉆柱振動測試系統(tǒng)主要由硬件系統(tǒng)和軟件系統(tǒng)兩部分構(gòu)成。設(shè)計了鉆柱振動測試硬件系統(tǒng),對壓電式加速度傳感器應(yīng)用在鉆柱振動測試領(lǐng)域作了分析,設(shè)計了硬件系統(tǒng)總體框架,分析了各組成部分的作用,設(shè)計了一款小型的電荷放大器并簡要分析了PCI-8735數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的功能特點;設(shè)計了鉆柱振動測試軟件系統(tǒng),采用圖形化編程語言LabVIEW來進(jìn)行軟件程序編寫,提出了軟件系統(tǒng)的需求分析及總體框架,完成了鉆柱振動測試系統(tǒng)主界面及各功能模塊設(shè)計。 對鉆柱振動測試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行試驗調(diào)試與驗證,確定了鉆柱振動測試系統(tǒng)的靈敏度。建立了模擬鉆柱振動測試的三維直角坐標(biāo)系,分別模擬測試了鉆柱的縱向振動、橫向振動、隨機(jī)振動及跳鉆振動,研究分析了鉆柱振動信號的時域波形以及頻譜特征。
[Abstract]:With the development of drilling and logging technology, drilling string vibration has attracted more and more attention. The vibration of drill string often brings great damage to drill bit, and also causes fatigue failure of drill string and wear of drill string, so the vibration of drill string is very harmful. Because the internal characteristics of drill string and its operation can be reflected by vibration signal, in order to identify the working condition of drill string and the possible mechanical failure, the vibration testing method of drill string is studied in this paper. Firstly, the research status of drill string vibration measurement at home and abroad is investigated, and then the related theory of drill string vibration is studied. The overall design of drill string vibration testing system is completed. The components and functional characteristics of the system are briefly analyzed, the functional requirements of the system are expounded, the technical specifications of the system are given, and the application environment of the system is analyzed. Drill string vibration test system is mainly composed of hardware system and software system. The hardware system of drill string vibration testing is designed. The application of piezoelectric accelerometer in the field of drill string vibration testing is analyzed. The overall frame of the hardware system is designed, and the function of each component is analyzed. A small charge amplifier is designed and the functional characteristics of PCI-8735 data acquisition card are briefly analyzed, and a drill string vibration testing software system is designed, which is programmed by graphical programming language LabVIEW. The requirement analysis and the overall framework of the software system are presented. The main interface of the drill string vibration testing system and the design of each function module are completed. The sensitivity of the drill string vibration test system is determined by testing and verifying the drill string vibration test system. A three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system for simulating drill string vibration testing is established. The longitudinal, transverse, random and jump vibration of drill string are simulated and measured, respectively. The time-domain waveform and spectral characteristics of drill string vibration signal are studied and analyzed.
