天然氣脫硫醇工藝評述

【摘要】:介紹了物理化學(xué)混合溶劑法、(新型)混合胺法及分子篩法等3種從天然氣中脫除硫醇工藝的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),同時(shí)指出:(1)物理化學(xué)混合溶劑法的硫醇脫除率通?蛇_(dá)到90%以上,但不宜應(yīng)用于重?zé)N含量較高的油田伴生氣;(2)添加活化劑后的新型混合胺溶劑的甲硫醇脫除率可提高至約90%,再生酸氣中烴摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)則降至≤1.25%;(3)對于硫醇含量高的原料氣,要求凈化后硫醇質(zhì)量濃度≤16mg/m~3時(shí),宜采用"粗脫+精脫"的"1+1"工藝;(4)分子篩法脫水脫硫醇的工藝比較復(fù)雜,特別是在處理油田伴生氣時(shí),涉及水、硫醇與重?zé)N三者之間的相互影響與干擾,且不同的原料氣組成及產(chǎn)品氣凈化度要求均與分子篩品種選擇及相應(yīng)操作參數(shù)的確定密切相關(guān)。
